The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are quick and friendly. However, the reception desk's design is quite unusual; I almost thought I was on the wrong floor. It didn't feel very welcoming upon arrival.

The room was decent, but there's road construction right outside. The service was incredibly slow; we waited over ten minutes at the front desk just for a paper bag and eventually gave up. They insisted on finishing everyone's check-in individually, when all it would have taken was a quick moment to grab it. I don't understand their thinking...
