The room is spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's a convenient 10-minute walk to the port. The hotel's swimming pool closes at 8 PM and opens at 7 AM. The pool is great! The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and even delivered it to our room!

The room was clean and tidy, with a balcony offering great views. This is a fantastic place to stay in Ha Long City, especially since most people come here to take boat tours of the bay. It's super convenient as the boat terminal is just a 5-minute walk away.

This hotel is super close to the international ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient for catching the Dolphin cruise. It's also just a 5-7 minute walk to Sun World. Plus, there's a great seafood restaurant nearby (the one with '3' in its name!), and the breakfast here is fantastic.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The facilities are spotless, and the hygiene is excellent. The European-inspired luxurious environment is stunning. The service is top-notch; the staff provided clear explanations and great recommendations for local food and activities, making it perfect for tourists.

The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and they were still working late into the night. I wonder if the Vietnamese government has no regulations for noise or construction site management. The workers were quite diligent and only stopped after midnight. The front desk staff were very good; they helped me arrange a car so we could comfortably go to the cruise the next morning. It turns out Tuan Chau Port isn't right next to the hotel. So, if you're taking the Pioneer cruise, be aware of that.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the port. They have a pool and spa, and the bedding is pretty good – you can always count on a chain hotel for quality. There's a famous restaurant nearby, but you need to make a reservation. Also, there's another Wyndham hotel very close by, so be careful not to mix them up!

The hotel is new and in a great location, about a 3-5 minute walk from the international cruise terminal and very close to the cable car park. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us with our luggage and brought it to our rooms. A special shout-out to AN HUI at the front desk, who speaks Chinese. He was incredibly enthusiastic, answered all our questions, and even helped us arrange taxis and exchange Vietnamese Dong. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including toiletries, and everything is clean and tidy. There are also great restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The hotel offers a varied buffet breakfast. My only complaint is that we booked a 'superior double room with garden view,' but our room didn't have a garden. I'm not sure why that was the case.
