A very special place, not a run-of-the-mill chain hotel. The owner's signature is clearly evident in the interior design, the 70s, mushroom art and alternative lifestyles shine through. The ready meals on offer are of top quality, you can choose between a wide variety of meals that you can heat up in the microwave, on the stove or in the oven. A fantastic sake menu and a craft beer machine. The prices are absolutely fair. Real people work there who are interested in the well-being of the guests. The onsen is quite small but in top condition. It's a bit out of the way.

It is very close to Dadai Station, about a 5-minute walk. When I entered the hotel, I saw an old man cleaning every corner with a vacuum cleaner barefoot. The staff who received us were very friendly and served us with a smile. You can take a foot bath on the first floor, there is a large bath on the basement floor where you can take a bath, and there is an open-air hot spring on the second floor. The rest area on the second floor is also great, where you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery while reading a book and listening to music.
