It was a great place to experience the hot springs and they have a private hot spring which is also available in the room but last and not least the food was Excellent

Probably the best location with few minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station.
Incredible hospitality and service as expected of a ryokan topped with kaiseki meals & relaxing onsen.

這次日本旅遊最喜歡的一家酒店！
房間挺新的，就在箱根車站旁邊，樓下就是商業街，特別方便。房間雖然不大，但是景色特別好，陽台看出去就是河景。我們定的是私湯房，陽台上還有個小的泡湯池。
下午還預訂了樓頂的私湯-川蟬，非常出片，50分鐘2200日元。
我們定的是衹包含早餐，下午辦理入住的時候會和你確認好第二天早上用早飯的時間。

房間實際比預訂時候顯示的照片要大很多，真是驚喜，有卧室客廳小廳洗手間沐浴間衞生間，而且很乾凈。早餐精緻豐富。晚餐沒吃到無法評價。離湯本站也超級近，過個馬路走兩三百米就到了。訂單是含晚餐和早餐，可惜原本能上午到湯本由於航班延誤十小時導致晚上7點多才到湯本，而且延誤當天一早我們就通知商家晚餐趕不過來協商取消晚餐，在預知的趕不到晚餐並確定告知的情況下酒店不同意，不過攜程很不錯，積極和酒店協商未果後還是由攜程安排了退款晚餐費用。後來在晚上八點多在喜之助下班之前吃了晚餐，還算一切順利

總體酒店還是很不錯的。房間有私湯也很方便，公共湯池有室內和露天的，露天風呂緊鄰付費的私湯，景色還是很相似的。雖然服務的長者不能説英文，但是服務非常很用心。傳統的日式早餐也很豐盛。地理位置優越，離湯本站很近，交通便利，附近的餐廳和便利店也很多！

位置非常就腳，箱根湯本站步行三分鐘即到，是次訂日式客房，空間足夠，唯全屋需席地而坐，有點不習慣⋯店務姨姨服侍晚餐早餐，墊榻榻米，非常友善⋯用僅有英語溝通，膳食份量非常足夠，而且款式超多。另非常推介自費私湯，價錢合理，非常好的體驗

坦白講，日本的酒店出這麼多狀況的第一次碰到，不知道是不是運氣不好，居然馬桶裏的衞生紙沒有沖乾淨，榻榻米上還有長頭髮，早上的早飯也因為工作人員的時間安排問題，冷的和熱的分了幾次上，讓我一度覺得這家早上衹有冷菜，自己泡熱茶就好，儘管對方反覆打招呼，但也沒有任何哪怕一份水果的補償，或許算是中獎了吧。
