Ryokan Motoyu Kansuiro

Good afternoon We stayed in this wonderful atmospheric place, dinner and breakfast in a traditional style, you won’t leave hungry, soft drinks, beer, coffee for an additional fee. The hot springs are amazing and there is a small private one in the room too.

Traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The service is very formal, and there is also very exquisite kaiseki cuisine. The four-story wooden structure was built in 1919 and contains many old items. Modern Chinese historical figures such as Li Hongzhang, Sun Wen and Liang Qichao visited this building and left calligraphy treasures. The corridor inside the building is quite cold! After all, it is an old building.

I stayed at a ryokan for 3 days and 2 nights on a family trip and it was really nice. The ryokan was also very pretty. The staff were very kind and the food was very delicious. The hot spring water was also very good and I would like to stay for about a month more if conditions allow. Next time. If I go on a hot spring trip, I want to come back to this ryokan again. Very cool hotel! Polite and kind staff! We took a tour of the building, and a welcome gift was waiting in the room - tea and urine. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were brought directly to your room. Then they prepared a futon for me. Very soft and comfortable! There is a general open onsen, open until 11 pm and a half-open onsen open all night, which you can book simply by turning over the “reserved” sign on it. I had few visitors and I was there half the night! My room had a private mini onsen in the bathroom. I liked it all very much. I was looked after by a girl named Mao (if I'm not mistaken in the name. She is very kind and sweet!) The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, there is a bus stop near it. You can take a bus to Lake Ashi and the famous torii to take beautiful photos! I recommend the hotel to everyone!

If you want to experience an authentic Japanese hot spring, this is the right place to choose. The stay experience is great!

Huansuilou is located near Hakone Yumoto. You can walk for about ten minutes to get there, or you can take the bus to Kamitanozawa and get off. The main building is a large, all-wooden building and is registered as a cultural asset. The room we stayed in was very clean and the deodorizing effect was good. With a small courtyard and an outdoor private bath. Dinner and breakfast were eaten in the room, and the taste was okay.

Maybe it's because it's a time-honored hotel and it's very famous, but the overall service surprised me. There's no service at all in such an expensive hotel. It's at least three levels worse than traditional Japanese hotels, and it doesn't match the price at all!

The service didn't match the price, very disappointing.
