The service was excellent, a perfect score! I'd especially like to commend 'Gan' – she was very attentive and friendly.

We booked two rooms. In one, the private onsen bath was too hot, and in the other, the water temperature was too low. We couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature, and spent the whole night fiddling with the water. The shower water also kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The elevators in the hotel were freezing, so our experience was already off to a bad start upon arrival. The dinner focused more on beautiful presentation than actual taste. On the positive side, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the room amenities were comprehensive. For the price, there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

There are so many hotels in the Hakone area, and I'm really glad we chose this one. First, the surroundings are very tranquil, yet it's still accessible by public transport. There's a Lawson convenience store just a 5-minute walk away. Second, the hotel only opened last October, so it's very new and has a lovely artistic vibe. You can tell the owner has great taste. Third, there's a ********* girl named Ms. Gan at the front desk who was incredibly enthusiastic and actively helped with all our questions – big thumbs up for her! Fourth, we opted for the half-board option (dinner and breakfast), and both meals felt like an experience and were absolutely delicious. Fifth, every room has a private onsen, so you can enjoy the natural hot springs anytime, which was incredibly relaxing.

The hotel is new, and there are very few areas where I felt I needed to wear slippers. The food was delicious and very photogenic. The service was excellent. Areas for improvement: The elevator was very cold in winter. I strongly recommend changing the window glass back to the transparent glass shown in the photos. Regarding the privacy issue with the windows, I hope the hotel installs curtains instead of covering the transparent glass, so guests can choose whether to open or close them, rather than not being able to see outside at all!

Just checked out from this hot spring hotel and couldn't wait to leave a glowing review! The most striking impression of my stay was how *new* everything felt. The hotel must have opened recently, as the overall decor is modern and minimalist, and everything is sparkling clean and well-maintained. It made for a very comfortable stay. ♨️ Must-Praise Highlight: The private hot spring bath in the room I originally booked this hotel specifically for the in-room hot spring, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hot spring bath is tucked away in a corner of the room, beautifully designed, and genuine hot spring water flows directly from the tap. Being brand new, the stone of the tub and the surrounding area are impeccably maintained, completely free of any old stains or odors. For someone a bit of a clean freak like me, being able to confidently strip down and soak in a private space without worrying about the cleanliness of a public bath was a huge plus. I took a dip before bed and again after waking up in the morning, enjoying the view outside the window – all my fatigue just melted away. Beyond the hot spring, the room's other amenities were also fully equipped, showing the hotel's attention to detail. I also have to commend the service team here. The front desk staff spoke both Chinese and English, so communication was absolutely seamless. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help with travel recommendations. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, stylish, and relaxing getaway where you can enjoy private hot spring moments, this place is definitely the perfect choice. I'll certainly be back if I get the chance!

The stay was an absolute delight, exceeding all expectations. The environment, facilities, and cleanliness were impeccable, a tranquil oasis nestled in the mountains. Ms. Gan's service was warm and attentive, and the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful.
