Very good

Although it's a bit far from Hakodate Station, the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Even though I didn't get a sea view room, the onsen (hot springs) were great, and the scenery was beautiful, so I was very satisfied.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center; the closest bus stop is the botanical garden, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the tram. The public baths are located on the first and eighth floors. On the first floor, there's a sauna, a jacuzzi, a large indoor pool, a small outdoor one, and a cold plunge pool. In the evening, after your bath, you can grab some ice cream from the freezer next to the women's bath. On the eighth floor, there are two smaller pools, one indoor and one outdoor. From the outdoor pools, you can hear the ocean and smell the sea air. You need to bring towels from your room, but yukata are provided. In the room, there's tea, coffee, and cold water available.

It was a shame that my room didn't have a sea view, but the open-air bath had a fantastic view, which was great. I had requested a Western-style room quite a while ago due to knee problems, but was told the request hadn't been received. It also seemed they weren't aware I was traveling alone, as they had prepared futons for two people. Despite these issues, the customer service was very polite, and I still had a pleasant stay.

The location is great, right across the street from the JR station, making it super convenient to walk to. The price was also very appealing; staying here after coming from Sapporo felt significantly more affordable. It was clean and hygienic.

A comfortable stay. It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring. You can even spot monkeys from the tropical botanical garden right from the accommodation, which was amusing! :)

Facilities: Both the rooms and public areas are thoughtfully designed. The coffee area in the lobby, in particular, is a very comfortable spot to sit, gaze at the sea, and simply relax.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, which is reassuring.
Environment: Located by the sea, it's very pleasant to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the ocean view. It's also very close to the Tropical Botanical Garden, right outside the door. A taxi ride to Hakodate Station only takes about ten minutes.
Service: Attentive yet respectful of personal space, making for a very comfortable experience.

The stunning ocean view was incredibly relaxing. The foot bath directly faces the sea, offering a breathtaking vista. The rooftop outdoor hot spring was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. The glass panels were murky and stained, and we could clearly see the rooftops of nearby buildings, which were uncomfortably close, so privacy was a significant concern. In contrast, the hot spring on the first floor was quite good. After a refreshing soak, there's a wonderful relaxation area where you can enjoy coffee while gazing at the sea – absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast and dinner were fairly average. Perhaps it was because the hotel was packed with tour groups and elementary school field trips, but the food replenishment couldn't keep up with the demand. Despite this, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Nice resort with onsen facility. We enjoyed the stay. A good choice for those who intend to stay nearer to the Hakodate park or Goryokaku park (travel by car).

For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year. This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Although our room also offered a good view, the lovely evening breeze enticed us to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from outside. We are also very grateful for the thoughtful attentiveness from the front desk staff. The food is consistently delicious and satisfying. We certainly hope to stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located right next to a tropical botanical garden where you can even watch monkeys enjoying the hot springs. Plus, it's close to the airport!

The 8th-floor open-air bath overlooking the hot spring is very small; even five people would feel cramped. The indoor public bath on the 1st floor has poor ventilation, while the rooms are generally okay.
The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold. For the same price, there are better options, such as the Ocean Lantern restaurant across the street.
