一進屋有回家的感覺，廚房衞生間都挺趕緊的，床鋪很乾凈，空調熱水器都好用，衹是熱水器要記得按電源鍵，挺方便的，和家人住的很舒服！

房間非常好，很乾凈，小區很大很安全。離海邊浴場開車3分鐘左右，周邊有超市，購物中心，美食街，海鮮市場，非常方便。剛入住老闆就很有心的給我們發了訊息，告訴我們周邊的地理情況，方便我們出行。總體還説，很好的一次體驗，下次再去海陽還會選這裏住的。

眼被名字吸引，然後看圖片，覺得房子也還行，價格合適。就訂了下來，到離店也忘記問房東為啥取這名兒了，房間很乾凈，家電齊全，空間也比較大，佈置很温馨，小區環境也不錯，還有小孩子玩兒的地方，海邊潮濕，建議多帶衣服過來～

房間和圖片無差別，但請注意14入住10點退房，我們兩點多到海陽房東打電話的衞生沒打掃好 需要三點多四點才能住，買了雪糕海鮮放冰箱就出去玩了 回來發現冰箱壞的 不製冷，雪糕都化了，沒有提供紙巾 就就廁所一卷紙，廚房沒有油煙機，衹有廚具 沒有調料，整體來説這趟旅行挺好 出來住宿不得勁，對了房東還特地交代讓我們走的時候帶走垃圾，我想説你不交代我們也會帶 。平常住宿走的時候都是把地掃了拖乾淨廚房收拾乾淨垃圾帶走，但單獨拉出來説讓人不得勁

房間挺好的，適合家庭旅遊，樓下有泳池，位置去周邊都還方便，開車十幾分鍾到各景點。就是屋裡的門鎖有壞的，房東也沒有收我按金，冰箱開始不製冷，房東很快給換了一個。衹有一個問題，無線信號不太好。

#衞生。我們住了一週，剛去住的時候衞生很好後期需要自己打掃備品衹有一份用老闆的話説我們住的是民宿不是酒店。也不是沒住過民宿，可能就海陽的這樣吧。。#服務。服務也算跟得上吧，水壺壞的送水壺需要衣架送衣架飯鍋塗層脱落讓我們對付用。。。。#位置交通。去海邊還是挺近的一公里多點附近有公園長者溜達散步還挺方便。#房間設施。跟圖片上一樣廚房燈不行巨暗。#房間景觀。大户型住的四樓沒有景觀。#WIFI。信號可以。#性價比。算正常價吧
