It was a standard 3 star hotel - a bit old facilities, but comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. My room didn't have a window, it was very strange. It also smelled like cigarettes but was a non smoking room.

They are staffed by the kindest people ever. They let me have a later checkout as I wasn’t feeling well, and even brought me flowers! Saudi Arabia has the most generous and caring people. It was so nice to feel taken of!

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms with simple decor. Good bedding. Excellent restaurant with attentive and efficient staff, and a very good Egyptian chef. The breakfast buffet is generous and of good quality, varied (wide selection of savory dishes, fruits, pastries, etc.) and eggs on request. Only regret: the coffee in a thermos. On the 8th floor, a spa offers massage sessions. I tried it, relaxing and professionnal.

A pleasant surprise. The hotel is lovely, with spacious rooms. The restaurant offers an excellent buffet, and dinner was excellent value for money. Breakfast was also varied and good. The waitstaff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main things to se in the city. The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff friendly.  Our room was very comfortable and clean.  The bed was comfortable and made for a very nice nights sleep.  The room location was a little strange with the window overlooking the inside of the hotel across the lobby.  Not really an issue as I was not staying in the hotel for the view however if this is something that would bother you, i would ask for an outward facing window I would recommend this hotel should you be in Hail for a night or two.
