Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded our room. The room decor was simple yet stylish, and complimentary welcome fruits were provided. When we asked the front desk for an extra set of toothbrushes and slippers, the staff member generously brought us two sets, which was a pleasant surprise! 😂 Breakfast was good, although it got very crowded during peak hours, especially during the summer holiday period. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of eateries downstairs. Our room offered a partial sea view, making it excellent value for money. My only slight confusion was the bathroom design: the toilet and shower cubicles shared a single sliding door. This could certainly be awkward if one person is showering while another needs to use the toilet! 😂

My recent stay at the Real Madrid Holiday Hotel far exceeded my expectations. As a typical traveler, my top priorities are 'affordability' and a 'hassle-free experience,' and this hotel absolutely delivered on both. It boasts a convenient location with parking available for those driving. While the standard room wasn't overtly luxurious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, the pillows were perfectly supportive, the bed offered ideal firmness, and the air conditioning was very effective. If your goal is to 'spend smartly and live well,' this hotel should definitely be on your radar. During the off-season, the price is just over ¥200 per person per night, yet you enjoy a four-star experience: a prime location, worry-free dining and stay, and service without any major issues. This is truly getting the most for your money – a genuine value-for-money choice.

I booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better. The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could. The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!

**Quick Hotel Review** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was fantastic! **Great location**, **super comfortable beds**, and **excellent service**—everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. The only downside (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) is that **smoking is allowed throughout the city**, including in the building, restaurants, and public areas. It would be much better if the hotel and surrounding venues were **non-smoking** for a fresher environment. Overall, a **highly recommended stay**—just be prepared for the smoking culture in the city. Would definitely return!

The room was a bit dated. We booked a city view room, and there was a construction site right next door, so a sea view room probably would have been better. However, given that we are two adults and two children, the super-king size bed (made by combining two 1.2m beds) was indeed perfect for our family to sleep comfortably. The downstairs restaurant offered dim sum for breakfast, and the two complimentary breakfasts provided were more than enough for all four of us. The South Gate Night Market is just a snack street, and we found it to be pretty average. Datongli Restaurant, on the other hand, truly blew us away, and it was only about a ten-minute drive from the hotel.

Good hotel. Cleanliness is of the highest rank. Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of the dishes. Good sound proof. Self service laundry free of charge. Located far from any place of interest (beach, sights, cafe and reastaurants), but you may get all it using a cheap didi taxi.
