在住的好多都是出差的外地人，有兩個哥哥和老闆還帶我們唱歌吃燒烤，一起去一些小眾景點玩，有時還一起做飯吃。都很大方很好相處。五星好評

非常不錯價格非常的實惠，小區安靜，床品舒適。衞生也可以。老闆有兩套房，女生六人房間和4人房間都非常好，都帶有獨立衞浴的。

總的來説還是挺不錯的，地段超好，去哪都很方便。空間很大，衞生乾淨，住在這裡有一種自由的感覺，老闆時不時會組織聚餐，主要是經常會帶我們一起去很多好玩的小景點

離上邦跟陽光城很近，位置非常好呀吃喝玩樂都很方便，舍友都挺有分寸的互不打擾，老闆人也很好哇，價格還超便宜，非常愉快遠超預期！

颱風後幾天到的海口到處都是停水停電這家沒有影響是在一個小區裏面住宅樓幾個房間裏有一些長租客，所以房間東西行李特別多有點臟亂尤其是那個洗手間裏面不忍直視最不能忍的就是噪音和各自自律方面真的有待提高，或許他們覺得是租客比較隨意，但趕路和遊玩的人來説，都沒辦法好好休息，老闆人不錯的就是可能開了好幾間，管理跟不上忙不過來。去年住個他們另外樓層的感覺乾淨利落，衞生也還好，沒想到這個樓層踩雷，青旅本來就是人密集，衞生與環境真的很重要，希望老闆越來越好，給大家一些參考地理位置優越，交通便利都不錯。。
