Upon investigation, our system records show you checked in at 20:22 and checked out at 23:39, exceeding the permitted time by 1 hour and 17 minutes. According to hotel regulations, an overtime fee of 100 RMB is required. Regarding the room cleaning issue, after reviewing the check-in inspection records and surveillance footage, the room's initial condition met hygiene standards. The subsequent discovery of multiple bloodstains on the sheets, towels, floor, and tissues, due to their location and obvious nature, combined with the police investigation, confirmed they were stains incurred during your stay. According to regulations, a cleaning and disinfection fee of 200 RMB is required. Considering your actions were not intentional, the hotel has reduced the total fee from 300 RMB to 100 RMB as a symbolic compensation, hoping to resolve this matter amicably. We always welcome reasonable suggestions, but regarding the impact of false information on the hotel's reputation, the hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action through relevant police records, videos, and physical evidence.
