I asked if I could book two rooms, one for a double and one for a single. If the breakfast circle for a double was enough, I was told that it could be made. The waiter charged 30 yuan for delivery, so I placed an order for a room for two days, a single room and a double room. But when I had breakfast in the morning, there was only one circle for the double room. I was told that I would not recognize the person, only the room. There was only one circle for each room. I informed the front desk of the original phone number I communicated with the front desk, and the front desk gave me another breakfast circle. , I said to the front desk, please confirm whether the phone communication between me and the front desk is true. If there is any misunderstanding, then I will make up for it. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, I received a stiff call from the front desk and told me directly that we have always assigned rooms to one circle. If you can't accept it, you can check out. It's past the check-out time, but we won't accept you. Delay fee! I was really speechless, and it became a benefit to me.

The hotel has 24-hour hot water, which is easy to get out, and the water pressure is sufficient; the WIFI speed is very fast, and when you are tired from work, you can watch high-definition movies, play games smoothly, and have low latency. The reception is enthusiastic. To be honest, I have stayed in other hotels nearby, but I still think this hotel is high in terms of environmental comfort, service, and cost-effectiveness.

房間整潔乾淨衞生，環境安靜，無噪音，無異味，下次來海口還會再來這家酒店入住，每次來服務都很熱情，回家的感覺

要是死角衞生才做好一點就更完美了，可能是靠近路邊的原因隔音不是很好，但是這個價格真的很划算了床墊很軟躺着也很舒服走的匆忙忘記拍照片了

房間乾淨衞生，服務很到位，地理位置很好，離秀英港口近，出行方便，我們是凌晨過的港，早晨4點入住，前台特意延遲下午2點退房，很貼心

房間設施老化，衞生狀況一般，窗户隔音不好，樓下窗外道路上的大小車通行噪音很大，影響休息！酒店餐廳的廣東早茶價格較貴！

掛四星酒店，設施雖然有些陳舊，不過部分已重新裝修，用品，佈局都不錯，服務很好，一樓的粵式早茶挺好，還打6.8折，停車無憂，物有所值！
