I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. However, one issue I noticed was with the bathroom design. The floor concept doesn’t seem to allow water to flow properly into the drain, so after showering, water tends to get stuck and doesn’t dry quickly. This unfortunately leads to an unpleasant smell in the toilet area. Aside from this, everything else was excellent, and I still enjoyed my stay.

The Novotel Haikou is located on Xinbu Island. The facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are spacious and tidy, with a huge balcony overlooking the mouth of the Nandu River, offering expansive views. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a wide variety and tastes good.

The room was fantastic – spacious, cozy and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was very soft, ensuring a great night's sleep, truly reflecting Accor's high standards. While the location is a little out of the way, the surrounding scenery is lovely, and considering the reasonable price, this wasn't an issue at all.

Overall good international hotel with generally good service, facilities and standard. Rooms are spacious and well kept, standard breakfast offered and the venue appears popular with event organisers. 1 part for visitors/guests to note, would be the hotel’s location that is nice and scenic which is also quite some distance away from downtown and other amenities/shops/eateries. Overall good hotel. Thank you.

The room was fantastic, the balcony was huge and had a power card, which kept it cool. Breakfast was finally delicious, the noodles were especially tasty, and the surrounding area was also great.
