訂了兩個房間，一到前台跟小哥哥説一定要安排隔音好的，但沒有給升級房間浪費攜程裏的積分。進到房間有一股煙味，頓時整個人不好了，下樓跟前台要求換房很積極換但是一句道歉都沒有，問前台小哥能安排一間沒有煙味的嗎，回覆不保證！不保證！為什麼要在攜程網寫禁煙，嚴重虛假宣傳。換了新的房間還是有一股味道估計是新裝修的味道，因為趕路朋友又不願意換酒店就將就休息，睡半夜發現空調的調節系統很光是不能關閉，另外6歲以下小童吃早餐要另外收費，如果要求不高可以住。我衹能給中評。

我是過來海口出差的，很意外能預訂到這麼好又實惠的酒店，聽前台説是剛開業做活動所以才這麼優惠。首先酒店地理位置很好，去哪都很方便，停車位也很多。進店後氛圍感拉滿，大堂香薰好聞，前台不但服務好，而且還專程又前台經理奉茶服務，聽説茶水還是當地具有特色的下火鷓鴣茶，口感好，回去再帶點給家人分享。到了房間後確實和網上的照片是一樣的，真實宣傳。床頭軟裝畫風特別，輕奢商務風格，房間乾淨安靜，配備齊全，還有智能窗簾，水壓洗澡很舒服，床和枕頭體驗也很不錯，一覺睡到天亮的那種。[呲牙]第二天到一樓餐廳用餐體驗感沒的説，品類豐富，有熱菜，咖啡，糕點和水果，茶葉蛋招牌真的推薦試試，早餐環境寬敞舒坦，吃完早餐後還想繼續待餐廳辦公了。性價比真的很高，超值得推薦的一家錦江之星旗艦店。

房間乾淨衞生，設計簡約但不簡單，設施很齊全也很新，床睡着舒服。是在海口停留三個晚上住的最舒服的一家華住的酒店。服務熱情，給送了早餐，門口停車位比較多，停車方便。去新海港碼頭很方便。強烈推薦。

剛到海口就在港口附近訂的酒店，入住時前台小哥哥給升級到豪華大床房，確實房間比標準的寬敞，設施也比較新，電視機屏幕很大看着舒服，還有外賣是機器人黑送上來，送達後它還讓我給它好評😆

這次訂房用了積分抵扣了很多，還用了兩個權益，提前4小時入住和免費升級房型de服務。房間加了30元從靠街de南向換到了靠小區de北向。其實北向也能聽到碼頭船de汽笛聲。房間還算乾淨，不要側睡有股捂了的味道。

這是一家新裝修非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞，床鋪舒適，沒有味道，本來我訂的是一間標準大床房型，到店看了一下標準大床有點小，還靠馬路，服務員給我推薦了，新店活動體驗外加30元就可以換好一點的房型，對比外網確實省了不少呢，挺划算的，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，令我倍感放鬆，推薦
