This hotel is fantastic. It is extremely clean and have great facilities. The bed is very comfortable. It is a squat toilet but other than that the hotel is amazing

Economical place to stay. Eateries and shops within stone throw away. Helpful service staff

Brilliant service. Staff always helpful, friendly and polite. Near shops. Not far away from Wanda Plaza. I will stay here in future again.

Staff were friendly and I had no problem checking in as a foreigner as I have the Hainan green code and travel app. They did not speak English but we communicated with my rudimentary Hanyu and translating apps. Hotel was clean and *quiet, did not smell of ex-smoker and was very good considering the price. The bed was roomy and comfortable and duvet very snug. Wifi was good - I did not use the TV. [* I use earplugs at night so might have been noisy outside as there is a main road, but I did not hear any disturbance from other in-mates.] The 'separate shower' is actually not separate as such, it is separate from the room but integral to the W.C so gets the whole bathroom/toilet area wet, as is the case with many Chinese hotels/homes. The toilet was a squat type and I was told they are all the same when I asked for a sit-on type, but the photos on the web-site definitely show a sit-on so I assume they are on the more expensive floors -I was in a budget room on the 2nd floor. There was a small balcony where I could store my bike but as the a/c unit was located there I guess in summer you would have to keep the door closed to keep out the noise and generated heat. Being a very cold February that was of no concern to me, handy place to hand stuff to dry too. Right outside there a few small cheap restaurants and shops to buy food and provisions, but quite a way from the main shopping areas. I would definitely stay again if I needed accommodation in that area and on a budget.
