The service staff, Xiao Bing, was warm and thoughtful. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very convenient for dining and shopping nearby.

An unexpectedly great stay! The room facilities were new and the cleanliness standards were excellent. The location is superb, making it easy to get around by taxi or on foot.

I stayed at Qilou Old Street for three days and two nights, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel. No matter which way you turn when you leave, there are great places to explore and eat. The location is a huge advantage; I walked all over Qilou Old Street. Of course, hotels in this kind of location naturally have limited space. The hotel is relatively new, and the bedding is very comfortable. The single beds are also quite large. I booked the 'Stars Twinkling' twin room, and the space was decent. The bathroom and shower room were also spacious. I requested a quiet room in my notes, and the hotel arranged one on the top floor, which was excellent 👍. The only minor inconvenience was that the power cut off every time I left the room. I carry insulin that needs to be refrigerated in an ice pack, so I can't have the power off. Luckily, I brought a power bank. The AC also doesn't stay on; you have to touch the power panel to turn it on when you return. They were able to offer a late checkout depending on availability. I would definitely stay here again next time; the location is truly unbeatable, and it's quiet despite being in a busy area.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. I checked in yesterday at noon. The room was quite quiet and super close to Qilou Old Street, just a few hundred meters' walk to various snack shops. The lovely lady at the front desk was very professional, always smiling and had an excellent attitude. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hainan.
