服務人員態度很好很到位，房間配套設施很齊全，房間很大很亮，但是天花板掉渣渣，插房卡燈不能關影響睡眠。

中源酒店評價：好評，前台的姑娘工作很熱心，房間蠻大、蠻寬敞的，近海南華僑中學高中部。
一、優勢
1.前台的姑娘工作很熱心，也很能體會顧客的心情。我到酒店打算辦理入住的時候，剛好在我後面來了一羣來旅遊的大爺大媽，他們一來就插隊，把我擠到旁邊去了。然後就喊着要辦入住，前台的姑娘這時候就及時的給我辦理了入住，而不是先給後面插隊上來的旅遊團的大爺大媽辦入住。要不然等這十幾位長者家辦完入住，可能我要等很久了。對辦入住的姑娘表示感謝。
2.房間很大，具體的可以看看圖片。
3.離海南僑中比較近，不用過馬路，出酒店往右走（右邊應該是西南方向），我當時是去考試，大概步行5-10分鐘就看到海南僑中的大門了。
4.酒店附近吃飯很方便。中源酒店二樓就有飯店，不過我沒去吃過。我是在酒店旁邊的一家店吃的早餐和午餐，雖然這家店上菜時間比較久，我點了一碗麪，都等了差不多二十分鐘，不過好處是離酒店近啊，我當時要考試，在樓下吃完麪就能回酒店房間休息了。過了馬路對面也有飯店，沙縣小吃什麼的好像也有。總體而言，吃飯是方便的。
5.休息環境蠻安靜的。雖然窗户外面就是馬路，車來車往的，但是隔了也有一段距離，再把窗關上、窗簾拉上以後，車來車往的聲音基本就沒有了。
6.硬件設施基本齊備。熱水、桌子和椅子、衣櫃、衣架等等，空調和電視也有，不過我沒有使用，天氣冷不用開空調。還有4個枕頭，有軟硬度的區別，不過差的也不多。
7.門比較緊，小卡片塞不進來！很有安全感。
二、小缺點：酒店的環境衞生做的很好了，就是床底下的衞生在打掃的時候可以注意一下。我穿鞋的時候看到床底下有點垃圾沒打掃乾淨，有點美中不足。
總結：好評。

一床薄被子，請加床被子叫了三次才拿來，總枱服務態度極差！！

2023.04.14入住海口《中源酒店》（華僑中學店）430號房，訂三天（至17日中午。停車場大，酒店接團隊的多。房間夠大，衞生乾淨。設備略舊可用。夜晚安靜，周邊吃購方便。性價比高。
