汉庭酒店(海口国贸中心店)

The service attitude is not good and unprofessional. I was clearly informed that I wanted a corner room, but I still arranged a room that was accessible as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. The door was broken and they even used transparent tape to stick it up. I don’t know what it meant. I had to swipe my card two or three times. It is very difficult to open the door and it is very difficult to open the door. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the bathroom door does not close tightly. It is equivalent to taking a shower with the door open. The hair dryer is not easy to use. When a girl blows her hair, she has to wait for the hair dryer to cool down and needs to blow it three or four times before drying it. The street downstairs was under construction and was very noisy. It was difficult to close the window. It was very stuffy with the window closed. I booked a room for two days and was not notified in advance of entering the room for cleaning. The front desk replied that this is the case for all hotels that require cleaning unless the room is opened. Don't bother me. I was not informed about this service in advance at all. If you know everything, why didn't you tell me clearly when you checked in, and why didn't you tell me when you didn't have a room? Can't you tell me if you want to clean? I originally came to see the concert and asked about the bus line at the front desk. The answer was that I didn't know that they all took a taxi. The concert was so jammed and you locals didn't know it. How could I, a foreigner, understand?

To be honest, doing business is not easy, so I still give it a five-star praise, but the hotel is really too old, and many facilities and equipment are aging, and because it is next to the South Bridge, it is very noisy. I I live on the seventh floor, but the sounds of the cars below are very sharp, and I can’t sleep well all night. If the person going to stay is best to tell the front desk, let her not arrange the side close to the South Bridge, remember to remember.

衞生、早餐、房間、服務都很不錯，就是樓下有施工的，早上太吵了5555（但是吵醒之後看到了日出）🥹🥹🥹 但是酒店的位置很好，服務也不錯，樓下大廳很大可以休息

第一天住的房間外面施工很吵，和前台説後調整了房間，後面兩天睡得很安穩，服務棒棒噠！早餐也不錯水果豐富新鮮好吃！

設施：設施完善 衞生：室內乾淨整潔舒適 環境：地理位置很好找，周邊公交、打車，開車都跟方便。 服務：工作人員講的很細緻，很有耐心，辦理也很快速，全程體驗感都特別好

房間很大很乾凈，離火車站算是近的，打車去很方便，不臨街很安靜，早餐很好，值得再次入住，推薦

來三亞十幾天海南，這家是最牛的酒店，價格低，吃的好，關鍵五星級的待遇，我都沒享受到，在這家能感受到，下次再來三亞，一定這家酒店。

酒店新裝修，很新床很舒服。全部都是新的，電梯也是。大堂環境也很好，有清香味道！很舒服也很喜歡這種感覺。

前台服務很好，因預訂的房型暫時沒有空出來，前台美女服務員免費幫我申請升級了套房，很好的一次入住體驗！
