Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

During the past few days since I arrived, this city has given me the feeling of being rainy and foggy. Maybe there was a typhoon. But the hotel I stayed in gave me a good feeling. First of all, in terms of service and details, every staff member I met when I went out would say hello politely. The rooms are also kept very tidy. The room is equipped with wireless charging, drinks, etc. What still remains in my memory is that we went out to eat that day. When we came back, the hotel was at the door. As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came to pick us up with an umbrella. It was so heartwarming. The breakfast is also very rich, which cures my picky taste. To sum up, when you come to Haikou, staying at Qingju will make your trip twice as enjoyable. Full of emotional value.

1.位置好找，酒店下面就有停車場，位置寬敞，很方便，離海大南門夜市很近，步行就可以到達，周邊配套設施很齊全 2.前台辦理入住，速度快，工作人員服務熱情，細心，還升級了房型，特別感謝 3.酒店今年新開業的，內部設施齊全，房間內有配備智能設施，如窗簾，燈光，馬桶等等，還裝有凈水器，特別好 4.最想要説的一點是衞生，整體衞生整潔，住着很舒服，因為在海南這邊住過好多民宿，酒店，真的被衞生問題搞的很頭疼，也很煩惱，但是這家的酒店的衞生真的很乾凈 5.整體住着温馨，舒適，希望能夠一直保持，後面如果還來這邊，一定會再次選擇

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

This boutique hotel is right in front of the QiLou Street, everything like food, coffee, bubble tea and gift shop are just nearby. Simple, clean hotel room and great view from the hotel over Qilou street. Walk around is easy and it is also near to some local residential area. Morning local market is just nearby if you would like to see the locals doing their daily marketing.

The front desk service is good, hygienic and clean, the hotel environment is very good, not bad, the equipment, facilities and hardware are very good. I will come again next time. It is mainly close to the East Station and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk.

The hotel is very clean and is said to have been renovated with new facilities. The hotel has its own children's playground, a nice restaurant and bar, and some ecological decorations. The hotel is only about ten minutes away from the attractions. The front desk sent us a guide when we checked in, which was very considerate. Recommended to stay It is worth mentioning that the hotel saw that we were bringing children and specially made a bedside fence for us

The hotel location is quite good. Staff was nice and helpful. It even has free laundry services. The staff give both kids complimentary gifts.
