We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

The hotel was booked for the team building. The location is convenient, the parking lot is large, there are many hotels and shopping malls nearby. The service is also very warm, and a small gift was given when checking out. It was a good experience. It is three kilometers away from Qilou Old Street, so it is ok to go out.

We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

Very early arrival - all acceptable. Located just outside Terminal T1 though arrived to T2 (Hainin Airlines) but easy to get to with free airport shuttle first and short walk thereafter. Back again with hotel free shuttle in early morning! All good - clean, quiet modern and lots of food choices (though I did not try) instead visiting the Outlet shopping mall beside. Yes for business trip and forced stopover, then I stay again!

Excellent service, amazing pools, nice beach view, perfect rooms, top!

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

After having a flight delay the hotel was kind enough to give our family a late check out. Joanne at the front desk waa very helpful in getting my local telephone number activated for all the phone payments needed. Marvin helped our family find the western restaurants that made our short stay great. Pool area is excellent for toddlers to teens with a slide amd climber for the littles and basketball / volleyball nets for older kids. Highly recommend as a post island rest spot as its near to the Meilou Airport. David and 刘沁

This is one of the best hotels with natural hot spring water in Haikou, Hainan, I ever stayed with before. It always comes across in my mind whenever I visit Hainan. The environment atmosphere is excellent with full of convenience shops, supermarket and shopping mall surrounding. The services rendered by the hotel's staff are excellent too with the patience and friendly attitude toward the guests. It always make the guests to feel ease and comfort staying in the hotel. Excellent !!
