After checking in, the hotel upgraded the room. The room was quiet, close to the high-speed rail station and convenient transportation. The breakfast was OK. The staff was enthusiastic and gave bottled water to the guests when they went out.

I really like the service team and room quality of Atour Hotel, and the overall accommodation environment is very high! Mengjing and Tangyun even helped with invoicing and adjusting guest room requirements in the middle of the night. They were really considerate! Shen Lan and Yu Zi were very considerate and attentive when helping to check out in the afternoon, making Atour our first choice every time we travel! Highly recommended to everyone to experience it!

The newly opened hotel has a good location in the city center and is convenient to go anywhere. The decoration style is also very natural and comfortable. Especially the bedding is so comfortable that I don’t even want to get out of bed. I have always heard that Atour's service is good. After this experience, I feel that it is indeed a great value for money. The front desk not only helped us bring our luggage to the room, but also welcomed fruits and late-night snacks. Moreover, the facilities in the room are also very complete, especially since it has been raining in Haikou for the past two days. It is very convenient to have an umbrella in the room. This is my first time in Hainan. The hotel facilities are very new and the hotel services are timely and thoughtful. The laundry service is amazing. The sea view room is so beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and the surrounding restaurants are also delicious. Very satisfied!

The staff received a warm welcome and were very considerate. They upgraded us to a Jimu twin room. It was also very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean and tidy. It was a very happy stay! The hotel I often stay at is the Atour series🏨🏨🏨! Next time I go out to play, I will stay at the Atour series🏨🏨🏨.
