Excellent stay! The environment is great, perfect for business trips. It's super convenient to get anywhere from here, and there are tons of food options nearby. Definitely worth staying, highly recommend!

The front desk service was terrible. The amount on the receipts for boiled water was wrong (several of my colleagues had the same issue!), and they couldn't even get the invoices right. The young ladies all lacked smiles and any service spirit. One of them just sat there, pointed with her chin for me to go to the side to check out, and didn't move an inch herself. I wanted to change a twin room to a king-size bed for the same room type, and they said the front desk couldn't decide, and that I'd have to check out and rebook myself! I've never seen such an unhelpful response... If the front desk can't handle that, what are they even there for?

I originally booked Wanyi Hotel, thinking its convenient location would make it easy to explore the local food scene. However, it rained for two straight days, so I ended up enjoying a fantastic meal at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor instead. After dinner, there's also a tea bar on the first floor, perfect for a relaxing cup of tea. As a hotel guest, you can also enjoy a complimentary session at the sixth-floor gym. The breakfast on the second floor the next morning was incredibly plentiful and delicious. Staying at Wanyi Hotel truly offers a one-stop experience, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and relaxation right at your fingertips. I heard they even have a hot pot restaurant on the first floor – I'll definitely be trying that next time!

My stay this time was exceptional, I honestly couldn't find a single fault! The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around daily without wasting much time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were handled swiftly, and they were always quick to respond to any inquiries I had. It offers excellent value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again if I have the opportunity to visit this area in the future.

Parking is also super convenient. During this visit, I noticed the hotel has undergone a wonderful upgrade. The new carpets are incredibly soft and spotlessly clean, and entering the room, there's a subtle, refreshing scent that's truly soothing. The service staff remain as enthusiastic and patient as ever, embodying that familiar, gentle warmth.
