並不是很滿意的一次入住體驗。
前台服務無可挑剔，提前準備了房卡，疫情防控做的也很到位。但是也有其他不滿意的地方。
第一，房間衹有兩瓶350ml礦泉水，也太迷你了。喝完了想補兩瓶，服務員告知需要收費。第一次碰到衹是需要另外加兩瓶就要收費的。退房前台贈送了退房小禮物，裏面有免費礦泉水我更納悶了，入住期間不能免費提供，退房又可以免費贈送了？？？？
第二，房間淋浴房關緊的狀態漏水非常厲害，酒店不提供涼拖穿一次性拖鞋差點摔一跤。鋪了地墊還是濕的非常厲害！
第三，不能多提供浴巾，這點真是住了這麼多酒店也從沒遇到過。客房服務員説每個房間配備2條沒有多的，我説那給我更換兩條可以嗎，我們浴巾毛巾都濕了，她説也不行，洗衣房每個房間衹固定可以清洗兩條，我震驚了，客房的培訓是這樣的嗎？沒辦法衹能兩個人輪流用同一條浴巾。
酒店晚上提供夜宵很貼心，確實很多酒店不會提供，但是希望可以提高基礎服務，否則附加服務也不會給酒店任何加分。

酒店很好，還送了水果，很新，裝修很好，曲塘估計最好的酒店，很安靜，早飯也很不錯，下次來還是會入住這裏的。

在網上搜到的新開酒店，抱着試一試的態度住了一晚上，非常滿意，衞浴都是HCG和成品牌，毛巾枕頭都非常舒適，酒店還送了泡腳桶和水果，環境舒適服務也不錯，立馬預訂了下次日期來海安的住宿，還是會選擇這家，而且安利了同事也訂了這家。
