The room is located on the fire escape, and it is the smallest I have stayed in in the Netherlands. It is advertised as 15 square meters, but in reality it is less than nine square meters. When you open the door, there is a bed. That's it. But I am quite satisfied with the five-star hotel next door.

The location of the hotel was great. All we had to do was walk across the street and then we were on the beach. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We were there around 1 p.m. and asked if we could check in earlier. This was denied, but we understood this because we were 2 hours early. At 2:45 p.m. we went to reception with our suitcases and wanted to check in (no other hotel has had a problem checking in 15 minutes earlier).
The lady told us, very annoyed, that we still had to wait exactly 15 minutes. So then at 2:58 p.m. we just ran up to the reception and the lady told us as we ran there that we were still 2 minutes early! ****************t! I have never experienced anything like it.
When we finally managed to check in, we wanted to take the elevator up to our room. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the elevator to come. It was so tiny that the three of us barely fit in with 3 suitcases.
Our room had a great view from the balcony, but the mini fridge was broken, there was no coffee maker/tea maker and we didn't even have a wardrobe. The cleanliness was so okay.
A little note for those coming by car: the entrance is extremely narrow. With our car (Q3) we barely fit through with the mirrors folded.
I wouldn't book this hotel again. For those who just need a place to sleep and for whom everything I have mentioned above is unimportant, the hotel should be suitable due to its great location.

The location was good as it was right in front of the bus stop, and the windows rolled up a lot, which was nice, but there was no trash can in the room. So I got a plastic bag and threw it away. And the room I stayed in didn't close properly when closed from the outside. The staff were very friendly.

Nice: close to beach, size of the room, breakfast fits my expectations
Bad: Tube in shower is loose, no drying possibility, doors are kinda warped, not enough parking slots -＞ need to park somewhere else and had to carry my baggage over streets, atm construction site close to hotel

We only ate breakfast, choice of one thing in your yoghurt. One big jar off Nutella, Jam or Peanut butter to put it in a little paper cup. Makes a mess with a lot of people touching it. Rooms not decorated, only for sleeping purpose, same as the shower. Distance from beach / boulevard is okay.
Staff did their job, but won’t give away a smile. To expansive for what you get. I would rate it a € 100,- a day instead of € 230,-

The property is located near the beach. The Scheveningen pier (with a Ferris wheel) and various shops and restaurants are close by. Tram number 1 stops right in front of the hotel, number 9 - perhaps 200 meters away. The hotel sells day tickets.
The buffet breakfast is decent, even if perhaps a tad expensive (18 Euro per adult, half that for kids).

Shop around before selecting this hotel.
With the price we paid, we expected a number of services, all of it being absent or poor
Parking at the hotel is very limited and nothing was available when we came. Wifi barely worked at 4th floor, and staff was not so helpful with this problem.
Nothing in the room to prepare a simple coffee or tea.
Breakfast was average and the room was very small so you had to sit quite far away from the food sometimes...
