Friendly staff and a spacious room. However, you need to be okay with raw concrete ceilings, cold neon lighting (even in the room!), and exposed electrical wires! The facilities were just average: both jacuzzis were closed and the sauna was out of order! All that was left was a very cold outdoor pool (under 18°C), a hammam with only 4 spots, and an indoor pool...

Hotel is in a great location.
The reception was staffed 24/7 they were very friendly & helpful.
The rooftop pool and Jacuzzis were a real bonus. Lovely views of Valletta.
The rooms were spacious, with a large balcony.
The 11/11 roof top restaurant was excellent.

The best hotel that I've ever been to. Great view from the roof. Amazing live concerts 2 or 3 times per week.
