My stay was absolutely horrible due to the condition of the room. The sanitation standards were unacceptable. When I entered the room, there were dead roaches on the floor, the bed covers were visibly dirty, and the sheets had not been properly cleaned. This is a major health and sanitation concern. No guest should ever have to question whether their sleeping area is clean and safe.
Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation when booking a hotel, and unfortunately, this establishment failed in that area completely. It did not feel sanitary, comfortable, or safe.
To make matters worse, when I addressed the issue with staff, I was told they were fully booked and unable to switch my room. While I understand occupancy challenges, that does not excuse the condition of the room. The staff was not very helpful in resolving the situation or offering any meaningful solution.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and customer service.
