房間挺大的，就是太冷，也沒有備用保暖設施，我晚上抱着一瓶熱水睡的，還把我穿的厚衣服壓到被子上湊合一晚上，房間的中央空調晚上早早就關了，而且我進房間就18度開了空調幾個小時19度，剛到19度空調到時間自動停了，打電話説沒有備用的保暖設施，無語，如果怕冷的不建議冬天入住

服務員態度好，講述清楚，辦理入住手續快捷。酒店位置很好，北面是派出所、商業中心，西面是西湖公園、原州城牆、博物館，酒店19樓有健身房、乒乓球室，可免費健身，房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。衹有一個小問題，花灑不太好使。

增強前台服務意識，我們是凌晨入住的，我們忘記帶了身份證，但是有駕照，給她説明瞭原因。服務員直接來了句去開證明去，我想説大半夜我去哪開去？特事特辦難道不會嗎？在固原這家酒店檔次應該還不錯，價格也不便宜，但是服務嘛！一點都不匹配

固原賓館相當的值得一住，從沙坡頭路過固原住一晚，從好幾個酒店中選擇了官方的酒店，果然不錯，早餐很豐富，有當地的特色小吃，口味也相當不錯，左邊是公園，再過去就是博物館，周邊吃喝玩樂相當全。酒店停車場很大，地上地下都有，有專人引導。

商務房間在南樓，房間中規中矩，熱水非常好。早餐品種多，牛肉麪味道很好！停車場超級大，停車非常方便！緊挨西湖公園和舊城牆遺址，離固原博物館走路五分鐘，出遊很方便。不足：設施較老舊，衞生間會有點返味道。優勢：國慶期間還能1百多帶早餐，性價比很高。
