隔音：效果差！房間空調半夜有異響，影響睡眠質量，隔音效果差，旁邊房間的聲音很吵。並且樓道有人講話很大聲，到12點還在大聲講話。聽得很清楚…無人管理
衞生：差！連住多晚，有好幾次都是我主動要求去打掃衞生，並且要求換床單第一天，並沒有給我換，並且毛巾給的是破的。。第一晚用的沐浴露是開過蓋子的，我要求之後才給換新的！每天會送水果，但是這個蘋果沒洗過，就給顧客？？
早餐：品種倒是還OK，但放着咖啡機，沒有咖啡…真的很沒有邏輯…以為第二天會有，沒想到一直都沒有… 可能也是一個擺設！
洗衣房：因為連住多晚，需要洗衣，但是我把毛巾放進去把洗衣機內部清洗之後，我再放入我的衣服進行清洗。但是我再去洗衣服時，已經有人把我的毛巾拿出來，把自己的衣服放進去洗了…這個… 我無法評價…還是無人管理！真的很無語😓
説實話 這家酒店應該在當地算是不錯的，但我確實沒住過這樣的酒店…

之前訂過套房及豪華標間，這次入住的大床房及標間，洗手液口都是直接掉下來的，淋浴水壓力也較小，關鍵是窗簾關不嚴，早上六點多起來就睡不着了，剛好光線照着枕頭，窗簾怎麼關都關不嚴翻酒店評論發現六月份有人評價説窗簾問題，酒店還回復想辦法解決，我沒看到措施，窗簾兩側靈活固定一下不行嗎？我不信一種方案都沒有，退房時前台也沒問任何入住體驗，問了之後，最起碼我也沒必要來評論

出差來固始縣，開車來的，酒店位置還算繁華，酒店有地上和地下停車位，停車很方便。酒店設施不算新，給我們的房間洗手液的出液口一按就掉了，房間的電話也掛不上，房間的被子裡邊還有口貼紙的標簽，應該是在哪裡清洗的時候貼的沒有摘掉。叫前台來找服務員更換，響應挺快的，來檢查後從新出去拿被單回來門都不敲就刷卡進來了，直接就在房間換了，不過最後離開的時候倒是很客氣。早餐中規中矩，也沒有見到提供肉。整體來説服務還算好，就是設施再仔細查一查更好。
