Check-in is very difficult They don’t understand English well enough and don’t know my visa status They check for a very long time They ask for a dinner fee even though I have paid with half board meal The hotel is a little old and the towels and bed sheets are also very old I don’t like the room smell The food is delicious but on the underground floor that I don’t like The good thing is good place for easy transportation Cheap price nearby with Ulba auto

I had a very pleasant stay at this villa hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy city areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with tasteful décor and all the essential amenities. The staff were courteous and responsive, always willing to assist with any requests.

Don't be misled by the hotel claims, it's a guesthouse which was a former bungalow, in a good & safe area of Gurgaon. The rooms are tiny, bathrooms are decent. Both need a fresh coat of paint. Since we went during peak winters, the tiny room size didn't bother us. Overall, the food is decent, just like homemade food. Service is quick. Their dining room is in the basement. It's clean. Overall, good value for money. Can definitely be maintained better.

Excellent staff behaviour and friendly environment.

Overall my stay was quite satisfactory at the hotel. The rooms are extremely neat and tidy, the washroom is pretty good too. I was assisted by Mr. Ramesh Kumar at the reception and I was very happy with the interaction with him. The Wi-Fi could not be connected and that was the only drawback during my stay but the rooms are well worth the money we pay.
