No toothbrush and toothpaste given. Have to purchase at 5000₩ if u don't have. Room is small and I can see dust flying ard. I was driving ard town and was delayed. Reached hotel 1245h. I req late checkout and the staff said cannot. So I req for her to extend till 1315h and she said 1300h. When I checked out, her colleague requested for 22000₩ for late checkout. This wasn't mentioned earlier. Had I known I would be charged I would have taken my own sweet time to pack instead of rushing my 20mths cranky toddler. Staff is inflexible and unsensitive.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.

I booked an ondol room for 4 people, but it was a bit narrow because there were 2 extra bedding in the 2-person room (wide enough for sleeping only). The door opens inward, but the space is narrow, making it inconvenient to put shoes. There is a shoe rack, but it is difficult to take off and put away, so I hit my head on the door while putting my shoes in. It's not soundproof. You can't hear anything from the room next door, but you can hear the thumping noise from the upstairs. The bathroom has a sliding door, but if you look at it from the side, there is a gap and the smell leaks out. Don't expect disposable products because of Corona. When I asked at the counter, I was told to buy it at a convenience store. Disposable thought of nature, so I understood even if I didn't have it. It was hot that day, so I called because I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but I was told that I couldn't use it because it was central heating. I slept with the window open, but it was noisy because of the car frost. The firm tone of the front desk staff is also highly evaluated.
