Not quite the rating it was given. We were coming out of the mountains after a few days of camping. I chose this location because it was the only one showing a hot tub and pool, my husband a I both have back issues. On arrival the pool was closed and when we used the hot tub the jets wouldnt function. The reviews for this location were good but it is not accurate as there are several areas where maintenance is lacking. The staff was friendly, helpful and apologetic.

Stuff was great food was good but I paid way too much for such a small room that was average for two nights I spent over $500 that's crazy I also thought I was going to get a Jacuzzi room but apparently not I'm not real sure what was so expensive but other than that stuff was great food was good

Every comfort at the Comfort Inn! Very pleasant stay. It was a last minute reservation as our original VRBO messed up our reservation. This was comfortable, accomadated our small dogs, breakfasts were delicious and was close to everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were a plus. Great stay!

This place could use a little updating/good cleaning. The beds were ok. Breakfast was great! The staff member who worked the breakfast on 6/26/2025 kept the breakfast area spotless, cleaner than the rest of the hotel. She was also friendly and attentive to breakfast buffet. The best part of the stay for us was breakfast.

Nice no frills hotel off of the main thoroughfare which makes it a little quieter; however, it is still less than 3/4 mile from the restaurants in downtown Gunnison.

Not a place to stay! Very worn with big lack of maintenance. Window in room was cracked. Door security latch was missing. Outlet did not have a plate. Food found behind bed. Sheet stsined. Breakfast was fine. Bathroom clean.reported all issues to front desk.

The room was gross the toilet kept clogging just with pee the shower took forever to heat up the TV didn't work properly. When all this was brought up to the front desk they acted like I was a problem for them. I've been staying here since it opened and it has really gone down hill... positive the breakfast was great and the woman that runs it is amazing!!

Everything was perfect except our key stopped working in the middle of the day and we had to wait an hour for the front desk worker to return from the shuttle. Other than that everyone was so nice, it was clean, quiet, safe, convenient and had great parking and breakfast.
