Royal Palm Residence Reviews

It was awful. From the start, we booked a sea view room but were not given one. They said they only book based on room size, which was not stated on ******* on ******* they said it’s sea view. The light was flickering and we told them five times but each time we were told they’ll deal with it later. The TV remote batteries died and they gave us faulty ones that barely worked. They never told us a check out time. We were basing it off of their check in time so we were going to leave at 1 pm since check in is at 3 pm. At 11:45 they came to our door telling us we have to leave now because the next family was already there. We came down to ask and we were told people “usually leave at 12 pm” so they assumed we would too. No coordination or communication regarding check out, only assumptions and demanding behavior. On top of all those problems, the staff was generally unhelpful and the room was run down and dirty. It was a terrible experience and we will never be going there again. From start to end of our trip with them was stressful and not up to the reviews we saw earlier.

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is great, just 2 minutes away from Gümbet and Bodrum. The rooms were huge. It was a 90m2 room. I recommend it.
