The hotel service was good, and the location right by the road was easy to find. It's about 4-5 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, which isn't too far for a concert. The room had thoughtful little snacks, and the hot water was almost instant, no waiting needed. The shower pressure was fantastic; it was my first time experiencing a shower with such a powerful spray, haha! 😊(¯ｖ¯ )🚿 The Laifen hairdryer was also very convenient for washing hair, so you don't need to bring your own and can still get a good blowout. Overall, the experience was pretty good, though it would be even better if the hygiene details were more thoroughly addressed!

Pros: The room was spacious and well-decorated with excellent soundproofing. I really appreciated the walk-in closet and vanity area. It came equipped with a capsule coffee machine, a Laifen hairdryer, and Atelier Cologne toiletries. The amenities were very comprehensive, even including a small bottle of mouthwash. The minibar had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, which was a nice touch, though it was all sparkling beverages, which could be improved. Overall cleanliness was good; no noticeable hairs on surfaces. The bathrobes and slippers were of excellent quality, soft and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. The gym had limited equipment, with dumbbells only going up to 20kg, but it was well-maintained. Mineral water wasn't readily available, but it was quickly provided upon request, which was good. The breakfast was plentiful and featured freshly made pancakes and local glutinous rice, which was a nice local touch. Cons: There was no concierge available when I arrived, so I had to handle my luggage myself. During peak evening hours, the shower water temperature wasn't hot enough, which is an issue that shouldn't occur in a hotel of this caliber. Room details were poorly maintained: the bathtub drain knob was old and hard to turn, and the smart toilet seat was completely unresponsive – it registered when someone sat down, but there was no heating or flushing, and aside from a light, all other functions were dead. When I booked, the page also mentioned executive lounge access, but the lounge has been closed for a long time. When I asked the front desk, they just said the minibar and the lobby lounge coffee were the 'perks,' but these were already included in my package. So there was no actual benefit, and they offered no apology or compensation. It seems they only react passively, let alone proactively offer solutions, especially since a lounge is a key factor for many when choosing a hotel. It's clear that the hotel's operation doesn't match its rating. Overall, considering the price and the room, it offered good value for money, but the maintenance of details was lacking, and the operation was extremely poor. It has very clear pros and cons.

This hotel is very new, and I think it's one of the best hotels we paid for (there was a discount, less than 400 for 2 nights). The reception is in the lobby (although there are several reception desks in the lobby, it's very quiet). You need a room card to access the elevators, which minimizes security risks (but takeout can be delivered up). The room facilities are relatively new (the bed is small and light, easily knocked askew; there's internet TV, but only a handful of free channels; the water supply is Nongfu Spring; the Wi-Fi speed is acceptable, but the latency for Identity V is over 40ms; I didn't shower or have breakfast, so I won't comment on that). You can ask the reception for a toilet seat cover. They didn't add me on WeChat or ask for a positive review, which was great, as I don't like being disturbed. Also, perhaps because it was the off-season, we didn't encounter any other guests in the elevators or on the floors, so there was no hassle with waiting for elevators. The downside is its relatively remote location (though there are many snack shops nearby; the local tofu is a bit pricey, but the taste is okay). Ordering takeout is difficult, as many takeout restaurants are more than 5km away (nearby takeout reviews are generally mediocre; avoid a certain brand of Peking duck as it's terrible). Another issue was that on the day of check-out, perhaps due to a drop in temperature (15℃ outside), the air conditioning turned on for heating. Even though we set it to 18℃ for cooling, it was incredibly stuffy, and the heat made it hard to sleep; I had a dry mouth and throat. However, since we were checking out immediately, we didn't complain, but with winter approaching, it's not a major problem. (The charging port on the middle bed of the triple room is far away.) The nearest Haidilao hot pot restaurant was mediocre, and the condiment station was narrow.)

The breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff were responsive, and they paid attention to every detail. We were very satisfied with everything. We stayed for two nights, and the room's smart features were very convenient. The staff even upgraded our bed, and we slept very comfortably!

The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and served for a long time (can be until 10:00 or 11:00), and the beef noodles are authentic. The hotel is located close to Exit B of Yunfeng Avenue Station of Metro Line 2 (about 3 minutes walk), making it easy to travel. What touched me most was the hotel's warm-hearted initiative for candidates for the high school entrance examination: the high school entrance examination car and the candidates' supper. The high school entrance examination is also a key moment in the child's life. This time, choosing to stay at the Intercity Hotel in Baiyun is a very correct decision! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! My friend and I were there for a marathon, and they even prepared breakfast for us on the day of the race. It was quite substantial too – milk, bread, bananas, and oranges. They really put a lot of thought into it. The hotel's location is also great, with a food street right across the road, making it super convenient for getting around. The Line 1 and Line 2 metro stations are just a few hundred meters away! If I come back to the area, I'd definitely stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient. Coffee and snacks are provided for free at the front desk. , there are snacks in the room, I feel very considerate as soon as I check in, and the front desk service is also very good.
