We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel contacted us before arrival, which made check-in very smooth, and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful city view. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and replenished fresh toiletries. The location is excellent—close to the city center, shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of local food stalls. The front desk lady was especially kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended!

Stayed with two kids and had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location is convenient for getting around, yet quiet at night, so the kids slept really well. Overall, it's good value for money and highly recommended for families.

Among many hotels, I chose the highly-rated Yichi Hotel, which is close to Guiyang North Station. Upon arriving, I noticed it didn't have a prominent sign, which made me a little worried that the good reviews might be fake. However, once I checked in, I realized my concerns were unfounded. The hotel is newly opened and very stylishly decorated. The staff, a group of enthusiastic and polite young people, provided exceptional service – from welcome fruits, drinks, and pour-over coffee upon arrival, to laundry and delivery service, and even a parting gift upon departure. This thoughtful service not only allowed this Zhejiang tourist to savor Guiyang's cuisine but also to experience the genuine hospitality of Guiyang's tourism industry. If I have time to visit Guiyang again next year, I will definitely choose this vibrant Yichi Hotel again. Oh, and the slippers were really comfortable too! 😄 The room number sign also matched my preferred decor style!

We were traveling with my parents and child this time, and I was initially worried the room might be too small. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel front desk saw we were three adults and one child and proactively upgraded our room type for free! The room was spacious and bright, and our family stayed very comfortably with no feeling of being cramped at all. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail in their service truly touched me. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family, especially those traveling with kids! Breakfast was also very diverse, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

I did a lot of research before choosing this hotel for my trip to Guiyang, and its best feature is definitely the location. It's just a short walk to Qingyun Market, so at night, after enjoying some snacks, we could stroll back at our leisure. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding felt crisp, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. Honestly, it deserves a five-star rating. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which was a huge convenience – we could drop off our bags and head straight out to explore.

The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the front desk was very patient and helpful with directions over the phone. The check-in staff was also very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room to a larger one for free, which was nice. The soundproofing from the outside is excellent; once the windows are closed, you can't hear any outside noise. However, the internal soundproofing is a bit mediocre. You can hear doors closing in other rooms, which can be a bit loud. But overall, it's acceptable since there isn't much foot traffic late at night. The hotel's location is quite good. Just a short walk downstairs takes you to Minsheng Road's snack street, and it's quick to get to various places by taxi. Overall, it's a good spot, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance to visit.

The three ladies at the front desk, #3, #6, and #9, were really lovely! I was in such a rush when checking out that I left some belongings behind, but the hotel staff kindly kept them safe for me at the front desk. The room was also great, I was very satisfied with my stay, and had a wonderful experience!

Atour used to be our top choice for travel, but after a few somewhat disappointing stays in other cities, I approached this visit with a 'let's see' attitude. I was so pleasantly surprised! It was incredibly clean and quiet, with excellent soundproofing in the rooms. The staff were all warm, thoughtful, and attentive. My child was quite sad to leave at checkout. I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

The location is absolutely fantastic! You can take the subway directly to the hotel from both Guiyang North Station and Guiyang Railway Station. It's only four subway stops from the railway station to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room layout is good, and the decor is comfortable. The Xiaodu voice assistant makes it easy to control the room's lights, curtains, TV, and air conditioning from the sofa, which is quite handy. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is quite rare for a hotel. The staff are exceptionally warm, attentive, and just the right amount of helpful. There are also some complimentary small items you can take from the lobby, as well as DIY flower tea, which shows the owner's thoughtfulness. I would definitely recommend it! The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, and they responded to customer requests very quickly! The bar staff's service was a bit weaker, but I won't dwell on that.

The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and quite new. We were traveling with seniors and children, so I asked the front desk staff for three adjoining, quiet rooms. To my delight, the front desk attendant upgraded our rooms, which was a very pleasant surprise. The curtains, lights, and other room features were all controlled by smart voice commands, which was incredibly convenient. What I was especially happy with was how soundproof all three rooms were; they were incredibly quiet, and we couldn't hear any outside noise at all. There's also a local restaurant right across the street downstairs that served some pretty good food. Plus, it's very close to Metro Line 1, making it easy to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose City Comfort Inn again on my next visit.
