Hotel Hao Properties in Guiyang

The service was excellent; they upgraded me to a double room for free since I was alone. There was staff available 24/7, and the service was prompt. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang.

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit A of Yangming Temple Metro Station, which has an elevator. (Exit C is slightly closer but requires using a pedestrian underpass). Breakfast options are limited but delicious. The room is clean and beautiful, with electronic lights and curtains. They even have a robot! The building is currently undergoing renovations, but it didn't really affect access. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

I lost my passport, id card and credit card during my participation in Guiyang Marathon 2025. I felt very sad and helpless. Without those documents, my China trip will be ruined. After the run, I went back to the hotel to ask for help. Before I open my mouth, the hotel staff immediately told me my lost was found. She asked me to go to the nearest police station to claim back my lost. At that moment, I was so happy like going to cry. Guiyang, I love you and glad to be here, thanks.

Booked 2 nights initially. Extended 2 more nights. Located close to metro station, very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room cleaner placed 4 bottles of water for me, which is very warm of her. Overall, cleanliness is good and acceptable, but it should pay more attention to cleaning away the stubborn stain on all the bathroom floor and sink edges. The laundry room and fitness room are collocated on the ground floor, close to the front desk.

Great location, right next to the Children's Hospital and Jiaxiu Tower, making it convenient for both medical visits and sightseeing. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the front desk service was fantastic. The douhua noodles and Anshun rolled rice noodles downstairs were both delicious.

The hotel is centrally located near the city center fountain. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also many local specialty restaurants nearby, offering delicious dishes like Sour Soup Hot Pot and Laoguo. After enjoying a meal, it's very pleasant to take a stroll to Jiaxiu Tower and Guiyang White House. The hotel service was excellent. Since we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully provided us with disposable kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. What's more, we were able to store our luggage for free for two days while we were out exploring, which was fantastic!
