HanTing Hotel (Guiyang North Railway Station Qianling Mountain Road)

As soon as I arrived at my room, I saw a towel on the hallway floor. Then, inside the room, three out of the four pillows on the bed were dirty. I notified the front desk, but they said they were too busy. Then the housekeeping manager came and told me it was a problem with the laundry, not theirs, and agreed to replace them all. I said I just wanted a few pillows replaced. The housekeeping manager hummed a song while changing the pillows – something I'd never seen before. Half an hour later, I met the housekeeping manager in the laundry room. Her first words were, "Do you need anything else?" Does everyone in your hotel address you as "you"? Also, this morning, I ordered takeout, and the delivery guy called me saying the front desk said the robot was broken and they couldn't deliver it to me, nor could they give the delivery guy an elevator card, so I had to go down and pick it up myself. This is the first time I've been so speechless.

1. Poor security; the elevator card reader is practically useless. 2. Poor soundproofing; of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one has the worst soundproofing imaginable.

The room was very clean, big, and well soundproofed. It was also very close to the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient. The front desk lady also helped to upgrade the room. The bathroom was very clean and had no odor.

It was worth the trip. Although there were many people, the beauty was unmatched. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the trip. I really like the nostalgic atmosphere of this store. If you like nostalgia, you can rush in. I ordered a lot of food, and the taste was really amazing, especially when paired with the drinks in the store. The room was relatively small, but very clean and tidy. The decoration was minimalist ins style. I liked it very much.

The hotel is very new, having just opened for less than a month. The twin room is spacious and the decoration is very fresh. The service is very warm, and they helped us push our luggage to the curb when we left the hotel. The only flaw is that there is a smell of new decoration downstairs.

When I came to this city for a tour, I chose this hotel blindly and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the attractions are not far away.
