Exceeded all expectations! A big thank you to Manager Chang Ying for the thoughtful service, even helping me mail back clothes I'd left behind. They offer a great service where they'll do your laundry and deliver it right to your room! Highly recommend!

The room facilities were great, and the environment was lovely with excellent natural light. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom amenities were fully stocked. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely come back for future business trips.

Had a fantastic stay! The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were all smiles. The room was clean and bright, well-equipped, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The night view was absolutely stunning, with the city lights spread out below. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

First time staying at Atour and it was a great experience! The service was excellent, they have a free laundry room, and the breakfast was also good. When you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room, and the front desk staff are incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

The room facilities were decent; the bed and pillows, in particular, were very comfortable. However, the service was quite subpar. Despite booking ahead of time, upon arrival, my room had a large pillar smack dab in the middle of the window. This took up a significant amount of space and made the room feel incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms, I was told it wasn't possible as they had no other rooms available. I had intentionally booked a 'Premium City View Room', which cost over 100 RMB more per night than the 'Executive King Room', hoping for a better experience. Yet, when I asked the front desk about the difference, they actually told me it only came with a few extra bottles of water and coffee. To those who've stayed in an Executive King Room: did your room *not* have water and coffee? Is there truly no more to it than that? I strongly suspect that the room I booked is essentially identical to the Executive King Room. I encourage fellow travelers who have experienced both room types to compare and see if there's any real distinction. Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant odor. I called the front desk, but after waiting over ten minutes with no response, I had to call a second time before anyone showed up. I just stood there, waiting. If this hotel marketed itself as a budget hotel, I'd understand completely. But to brand itself as a high-end establishment when the service clearly doesn't live up to that standard? What's the point of relying on follow-up calls just to fish for good reviews? They did call me for a follow-up, but I still felt compelled to share my honest feedback here.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The room was brand new, equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer. You don't even have to wait for your laundry; the staff kindly deliver the clean clothes right to your door. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was a truly satisfying experience. The location was super convenient for getting around, and the night views were spectacular too. I absolutely loved this place!
