He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel environment is good and the view from the high floor is good. It was very late when we arrived at the store. However, Morty arranged the room for us in advance and made the turndown arrangements. A piece of fruit was also given.
