Atour Properties in Guiyang

The hotel is still great, and the location is quite good. The only downside is that the elderly folks in the park downstairs wake up very early and their chain exercises are quite loud, which can be a bit noisy. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the laundry room. Since I was traveling for a while, it was great to be able to wash so many clothes upon my return. The ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic and helpful. Guiyang's roads are quite difficult to navigate, but it's a good thing the hotel stay was comfortable, otherwise, this trip to Guiyang wouldn't have been much fun at all.

This time, I stayed at your Guiyang branch, and here are my impressions: 🏨 Hotel Impression: The facade and lobby were a bit smaller than I expected (the photos on Trip.com might have been slightly exaggerated 🤫), but the room facilities were quite good! Modern and minimalist, and the bathroom was clean too. Natural light was decent during the day 📸. There are many restaurants on the street right outside the hotel, making dining quite convenient. ⚠️ Heads-up on Potential Issues: The rooms facing the street can indeed be a bit noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs! This definitely earns a bonus point 🌟. 🚄 Shuttle Service: • Free drop-off in the morning ✔️ • Free pick-up in the afternoon ✔️ (Remember to book pick-up 1 hour in advance and drop-off 0.5 hours in advance! Don't assume you can use both services; it depends on your train schedule.) I personally experienced the pick-up service, and it was super smooth. Unfortunately, since I was taking an afternoon train, there was no drop-off service for me 😭. 🏃‍♀️ Walking Test: It says 15 minutes to the North Station... but! You know how mountainous Guiyang's 8D terrain is 😵. Dragging luggage uphill and through underpasses was brutal! Why aren't there elevators?! 💢 💕 Summary: Despite the minor drawbacks, overall it still lives up to Atour's usual high standards. It's especially suitable for those traveling by high-speed rail!

I stayed at the Atour Hotel this time, and the environment was pleasant and beautiful. It's located right in Dolphin Plaza, which is also a popular spot for influencers. It's about 500 meters from the White House, so the location is indeed excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of shops and food options, making it very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and the hotel rooms are on floors 49-50. This time, I was assigned a room on the 38th floor. Next time, I might try a room on the 50th floor, which I believe has a large balcony and offers views of the White House, making the scenery even better. There was a minor hiccup on the first night of my stay, but overall, it was still good. The hotel needs to improve its management regarding late check-out. The room only came with two bottles of mineral water and no other beverages; perhaps this could be improved upon. When arriving with luggage, you have to walk a short distance to reach the lobby. The front desk could inform guests in advance to have their driver go directly to the parking lot, which would be more convenient, especially since walking with luggage in the summer heat can be quite uncomfortable. Upon check-out, they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch, especially in the summer.

Booked a queen room, but the hotel upgraded us, probably a perk of the off-season. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the room was generally quiet. The Erqi Road Night Market is right downstairs. Since it was off-season when we visited, there weren't many people at the night market, and we felt the food wasn't that great. However, there's a fantastic meat pie shop next to the hotel, just across the street. If you're heading to Qingyun Market, it's actually within walking distance.

This was my husband's and my first trip to Guiyang. For convenient access to shopping and dining, we chose a hotel near Pen Shui Chi (Spraying Water Pool). After considering several Atour hotels, we finally settled on this new Atour that opened in 2026. The hotel's location in the city center is incredibly convenient, and being on a higher floor, there's virtually no city noise. The hotel's interior environment is excellent, with brand-new, clean facilities. The soundproofing is very effective; we stayed for two nights and didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. What I particularly loved was how enthusiastic, patient, and friendly all the hotel staff were. Check-in was very easy, and extending our stay was quick. Even the cleaning staff always had a smile on their faces and did a remarkably thorough job cleaning.

The room was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, plus local Guizhou specialties like sticky rice and sour soup noodles. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful; they even went through the trash to retrieve my friend's accidentally discarded clothes. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the tourist distribution center, making it easy to catch shuttle buses to attractions. The subway station is also nearby, which is great for getting around.

I made a special trip to Shilihe Beach with my partner to relax and choose this newly opened Atour X beyond expectations. The overall decoration is trendy and simple, the photo atmosphere is good, the lobby and corridor design are simple and advanced. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the lighting is transparent, the bathroom is clean and refreshing, and the quality of toiletries is online. The surrounding ecological environment is excellent. In the morning, you can drive to Shilihe Beach for a walk, and then come back for a lunch break. Passing by the lobby front desk, you will say hello, the service is very good, and their breakfast ingredients are fresh, the taste is online, and you can also walk around at night. Satisfied with the comprehensive experience of the hotel, Affordable, quiet and comfortable, next time Huaxi play will still come back to stay

The front desk staff were warm and polite, check-in was quick, and they even thoughtfully offered hot tea and proactively introduced the hotel's amenities – their service was meticulous and considerate. The guest room was spotless, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas were very practical. The Atour custom-made mattress was soft and supportive of the spine, and the pillows came in two firm options. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lighting was soft and not glaring, charging facilities were readily available, and the toiletries were pleasantly scented – attention to detail was evident. The breakfast selection was abundant, including Chinese pastries, a freshly cooked noodle station, and a variety of fresh fruits and drinks. The late-night congee was particularly comforting, a perfect way to warm the stomach and relieve fatigue after a long night. The self-service laundry room and gym were well-equipped, making it especially convenient for long-term travelers. The staff responded promptly throughout, quickly resolving any needs. Overall, it offers great value for money. The environment is comfortable and the service is warm. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and had requested for a quiet room during booking as we're light sleepers. We're given a level 2 room facing the main road and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep well. Even though they changed our room the next day our initial impression of the hotel cannot be reversed. Our booking does not include breakfast and was told that it cost RMB 45 per person per day that that's RMB 90 for 2 person. As we're foreigners and cannot register as hotel members and we were given members rates in Atour hotels at other provinces but not here. Very disappointed. Though the hotel is less than 300 metres from a metro station but this exit don't have a lift or downward escalator. You have to carry your heavy luggages down a quite long staircase.
