Super reasonable 5star accommodation at the fraction of cost. If one is free to use didi(Chinese version of Uber), location isn’t such a big issue. However, if one expect not only comfy room but also requires 5star service, I recommend pay more for global brand hotel. Breakfast was good enough for those who are already accustomed to Chinese style. All staffs were very kind, helpful, and enough for Chinese local hotel. Stayed for 2days and fairly satisfied especially room conditions and cleanness. The only issue that I wasn’t comfortable was the lousy atmosphere at the lobby and breakfast. However, I am well satisfied with the super reasonable value. I will definitely consider back on my next visit to Guilin for sure.

The hotel area was very nice. Huge garden with swings and a big lawn, perfect for kids to play. There is a little zoo there too with a few exotic birds and rabbits. The king size bed was enormous and very soft. We enjoyed sleeping in it a lot. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a good selection of both Chinese and western food. Definitely a recommended choice to stay in Guilin. 服务：very helpful and polite staff 卫生：the room was very clean

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

Our stay at Guilin Central Palace Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. We booked a king size room and was spacious. Breakfast and afternoon tea time came with many selections that were amazing delicious! Staff was always very helpful. We will book again to stay in Guilin next time.

A particularly surprising experience. It was raining lightly on the day of check-in, and the handsome staff member Xiao Xie came out to pick us up in advance despite the rain. He helped carry my luggage along the way. When I checked in, he saw that I was traveling with an elderly person and he thoughtfully helped me upgrade my room for free. The hotel is located in the scenic area and the scenery is great. Although it is slightly inconvenient to get in and out, the experience is very special. The historical stories explained by the lady at the front desk were also very interesting, and the staff were all great👍👍👍

This location is very quiet, because surrounded by new buildings, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the riverside. The scenery along the river is good and comfortable, except for the inconvenience of eating. The room was clean and I booked a duplex room. It happened to be a family of six, but it was still painful without an elevator. I had to move large boxes to the fourth floor. It is recommended that you do not bring too much luggage if you want to live, unless you are on the second floor. The landlord was very enthusiastic and helped us move some of our luggage, because we took the two children and couldn’t get it, and the parents’ legs were not very good. As far as im concerned this is the place to stay in guilin friendly staff great atmosphere and shops every where if you need shoes cleaned there is a couple of ladies just outside main entrance that will clean and plosh them for you for a fee (cheap 5 Yuan) plenty of things to see and do and if you like walking the river is 5 minutes away I love staying here
