This stay went far beyond 'exceeding expectations' – it was simply perfect. The facilities are impeccable: The room was spacious and bright, with stylish and tasteful decor. The biggest surprise was the super-sized bathtub; bath time became the most enjoyable part of my day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows to cater to different sleeping preferences – attention to detail at its finest! The restaurant is on the 9th floor, with a stunning outdoor pool just outside. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the beautiful view was pure bliss. Smart and convenient: The room was equipped with a smart 'Xiaodu' speaker, making voice control incredibly convenient. Food deliveries were brought directly to our door by an adorable robot, which was both efficient and fun. There's also a self-service laundry room near the rooms, which is a lifesaver for long-term travelers. But the service is truly the trump card: From the moment we checked in and added the butler on WeChat, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Any request we had was met with an immediate response and solution from the butler. What touched me most was an incident during breakfast today: an elderly person accidentally knocked over their tray, spilling food everywhere. The staff present didn't show any hesitation or displeasure; they rushed over immediately to comfort the startled elder, repeatedly asking if they were hurt, and swiftly and quietly cleaned up the mess. The entire process was filled with genuine concern. This kind of heartfelt kindness and professionalism is more precious than any luxurious facility. It was raining when we checked out, and the front desk staff proactively offered us disposable raincoats. This constant thoughtfulness made our whole family feel incredibly warm. Even our child was clamoring, "I don't want to go to the next stop, I just want to keep staying here!" This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience filled with warm memories. Breakfast is served at the Nai Garden Restaurant, and the ambiance speaks for itself – just look at the pictures! It was incredibly picturesque, especially with a bit of rain, giving off strong Monet vibes. The atmosphere was just perfect! I have to praise the hotel breakfast; the value for money is absolutely amazing. For this price, the breakfast spread was so rich, including Guilin's famous oil tea, rice noodles, Western pastries, and Chinese breakfast items. They even offered cups for free takeaway coffee – as a coffee addict, I had two cups to get my day started ☕️. On the first floor, the hotel lobby also had a Chinese New Year event where my child experienced making hand-printed good fortune paper, and they even framed her artwork as a gift. My daughter was thrilled! Across from the hotel is a department store, making shopping and exploring very convenient. It's also very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and the Li River scenic area. Elephant Hill Scenic Area, East-West Alley, and Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street are all within walking distance. Guilin, this picturesque and poetic little city, is truly chill and always uplifting. It's super suitable for a city walk with kids!

The hotel's location is great, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas, both within walking distance. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. Seeing that we had a child, they upgraded our room type. The room opened directly onto a kids' play area, which our child absolutely loved.
