No hair dryer, no internet on the computer, no socket at the head of the bed (the socket is by the window, which is very far from the bed and there is only one), no mineral water, the front desk is really slow

設施陳舊，房間太冷開空調也內用，90年底的裝修，凌晨住的酒店，早上出酒店大門還有交30塊停車費，不交停車費保安不讓出去，給酒店自己的院子停車跟酒店前天交涉無果，着急趕路交吧，設施差，服務差，這種酒店第一次遇到，大家千萬不要來了。

極差極差！！春節期間入住，178元不算貴，所以對酒店也沒有過高期待，設施老舊都不是問題，咱要求不高。但是！！不能一晚上大噪音啊！本來沒有中央空調供暖，就用房間裏面的小空調也挺好的，結果晚上10點多酒店把小空調統一關了，説要中央供暖。我們住在最高樓9樓，就在頂上轟隆隆轟隆隆，燒鍋爐發電那種聲音，如果再具體形容，就是你睡在房間裏，樓頂上跑了一夜的火車，根本無法睡覺。打電話給前台，前台就説了一句“那我也沒有辦法啊”真的是要崩潰啊，大過年的，是來遭罪的！！另外，房間裏面沒有一次性拖鞋，停車還要收費15塊錢，哎！！

除了酒店地理位置跟價格比較給力，其他的就不要想要求太高了！房間垃圾沒收拾，房間抽紙也沒有，連一次性拖鞋也沒有，純凈水也沒送一瓶，中央空調噪音也大，哐啷哐啷響，基本上屬於招待所的標準

巨差無比，設施是上個世紀的，不是發現天花板掉皮都不給換房，房間很陳舊有黴味，浴室臟；晚上幾乎沒有隔音，隔壁房間、走廊聲音聽的一清二楚。早上退房時候總枱竟然沒有人，就這個環境還要400按金。完全就離景區稍微進一點點的地理優勢，其餘簡直是差到無與倫比。

對比同價位酒店很差1.停車問題，網上顯示免費停，來了要收費2.設施陳舊，“年代感”很濃烈，空調會唱歌3.隔音差，晚上很差，有人大喊大叫4.沒抽紙，沒水5.早上退房前台沒人，呼叫鈴一直響也沒人處理，等多久也沒人來處理！不適合年輕人，適合老一輩人，適合跟團旅遊團的長者團

前台態度極其惡劣 辦理入住在沒什麼人的情況下 等了差不多二十分鐘 打電話叫前台 送洗簌用品 話都沒説完 電話就掛了 一點禮貌沒有 馬桶也是壞的 空調也不涼 一進屋有一股黴味 難道桂林是這樣子招待遊客嘛 這種服務態度是服務行業該有的嘛？而且我們是來消費的 不是來受氣的
