I always thought you could only smell osmanthus in autumn, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it in bloom this season. The subtle fragrance is absolutely enchanting. Traveling during the off-peak season was such a great deal! The butler was fantastic and even upgraded our room. It was spacious and very new. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were delicious! The osmanthus garden was incredibly therapeutic, and I even managed to buy my favorite osmanthus hand cream. I'm completely smitten!

My parents said this was the most comfortable night's sleep they had in Guilin. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it's a bit too cold to swim right now. The room was clean and the bedding was soft and comfy. The staff were very thoughtful and introduced us to all the services and facilities. There's also an osmanthus culture experience hall, which we visited – it was quite an eye-opener to learn about all the culture and stories behind osmanthus flowers. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if there were more benches in the Osmanthus Park. The park is lovely, but there aren't many places to sit. Overall, we were very satisfied, and it offers great value for money.

What a pleasant surprise! I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel, and it absolutely delivers on an exclusive ambiance. It even has its own park filled with osmanthus trees. After the rain, the air was incredibly fresh and lovely! The cleanliness was top-notch; I haven't seen a faucet shine this brightly in ages – big plus there! The bed was huge, 2.4 meters, perfect for kids to tumble around freely. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the food was delicious. The front desk lady was so thoughtful; seeing I didn't have an umbrella, she proactively offered me one. Such warm service! I'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended! I originally booked a different hotel, some 'Wang Moyue' place, which was over 800 a night – five-star prices for one-star amenities. The linens were dirty and the facilities were awful, so I fled in the middle of the night. As soon as I saw the sign for 'Osmanthus Tree Hotel' (which also said 'Model Worker Sanatorium'), I knew it wouldn't be bad, and I was right! The hardware is excellent, the room is spacious, and it's not far from the city center by taxi. The service attitude is also great. I recommend it!

Overall, it was pretty good! Great value for money. The service was excellent. I specifically came to experience Gui Xiang Yuan.

Staying at the Osmanthus Tree Hotel in Guilin was such a pleasant surprise! The whole place has a quiet, resort-like vibe, away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center, which is a great location. The environment is incredibly comfortable; there's a subtle scent of osmanthus everywhere, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was extensive, including authentic Guilin rice noodles, which was super satisfying. From 8 to 9 PM, they also offered different bedtime snacks, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even has an Osmanthus Museum to visit, and many interesting DIY workshops, making it perfect for family vacations. I brought my mom this time, and just strolling on the hotel lawn was so relaxing. The only minor drawback was that the sofa chair in the room was a bit too large, taking up some of the walkway space. Other than that, I honestly can't find any faults. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Guilin!

I stayed for two nights this time, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience, especially the breakfast, which I have to commend! The breakfast selection was extensive, with Guilin rice noodles, congee, and Western options like bread and coffee – all delicious. I left feeling full and satisfied every morning! The hotel also provided complimentary goodnight desserts, osmanthus tea, and a welcome fruit platter. These thoughtful details really showed their sincerity. The room was quiet and clean, and the amenities were convenient. The 24-hour front desk and free parking were a great relief. It’s perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Highly recommended! There's also Guojiang BBQ, a supermarket, and dessert shops nearby with great food. If you're heading to tourist attractions, taking a taxi or an electric scooter is convenient and affordable! I highly recommend this hotel; it's ideal for friends visiting Guilin for a vacation, and families with children will find plenty of play areas too!

The service was incredibly thoughtful. They called me the day before check-in to confirm my arrival time and go over important details. After I checked in, they proactively helped with my luggage, added me on WeChat, and communicated promptly. Their responses were always quick and efficient. The hygiene and dining were excellent. Every evening, they provided a sweet dessert soup, sealed with plastic wrap and delivered to my room. Whenever I entered the hotel, the front desk staff would greet me warmly. All the staff were very polite, and I appreciate their dedication to providing great service. Next to the hotel, there's an Osmanthus Culture Experience Center, which is a great place to take kids to learn about osmanthus culture. They have many osmanthus-related products available for purchase, many of which you can't find online. Of course, there were a few minor drawbacks: 1. The washing machines are wash-and-dry combos, and clothes needed multiple drying cycles to get completely dry. There are only two machines, so the wait time for laundry was too long. I suggest adding more dryers to Building 2 as well. 2. The water pressure in the rooms on the fourth floor was too low, causing the water temperature to fluctuate and become inconsistent, going from hot to cold. 3. The urinals in the men's public restroom on the first floor were too high for children to reach easily. I recommend installing a lower urinal for kids. Overall, it's a very warm and culturally rich hotel! My children also had a wonderful time.
