The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, making it super convenient to explore Guilin's attractions by electric scooter. Overall, a great experience!

Clean room, beautiful views, and a small garden terrace that's perfect for photos.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the North Gate of Jingjiang Prince Mansion, and it's just over a ten-minute walk to East West Alley. However, the room had a noticeable odor, specifically a strong sewer smell coming from the drain. Additionally, there was some mold in the corners. On the positive side, the room was incredibly spacious and came with a small balcony offering views of Solitary Peak.

The accommodation was beautiful, and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, mainly due to its cleanliness. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food tasted just like home-cooked meals.

Overall, I was satisfied. The only minor downside was that the balcony chairs were a bit old. On the plus side, the transportation was very convenient. I also tried Guilin rice noodles from the shop downstairs, which were quite delicious.

The room was great – spacious, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were excellent, always greeting us politely when we came and went. The housekeeping lady was also very friendly and approachable. We stayed for two nights and had a really fantastic experience! 🤩 Plus, there was a cute little cat downstairs! 🥰

The room had excellent facilities, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. The surrounding area was very pleasant, with plenty of greenery. There's a rice noodle shop downstairs that serves delicious Guilin rice noodles – I highly recommend trying a small portion (二两). The only downside is a hospital nearby, which can make it a bit noisy. However, we were so exhausted from sightseeing during the day that the noise didn't bother us at night. Light sleepers, though, might want to take this into consideration. As students traveling on a budget, this hotel was a perfect choice for us, offering great value for money and friendly service.

The facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was spotless. The environment was lovely, with a bonus fifth-floor balcony. The service provided a great experience. This place is highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel is beautiful and spotless, featuring huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It's also incredibly close to the tourist attractions. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. I'll definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, right next to the Wangcheng Scenic Area. There's a small terrace on the upper floor perfect for relaxing, and the rooms themselves are full of character. My only minor feedback is that some corners could have been cleaner, but despite that, the overall experience was quite good. The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable.

Very satisfied! The service was very attentive. The location is fantastic, very close to Xiaoyao Tower and Jingjiang Prince Mansion. Having shared e-scooters right downstairs made getting around super convenient. Cleanliness: For the price, the cleanliness was quite good. Ambiance: It can feel a bit dark, which might be a little unsettling for some. Definitely better if you're not traveling alone.

My first time visiting Guilin, and my experience at the very first hotel I checked into was utterly horrendous! Truly abysmal!! First, I booked the room through Ctrip. We drove to the hotel entrance and called the front desk to ask for parking directions. They spent a long time trying to locate my booking and initially couldn't find it. Then they informed us that parking was paid. I thought, 'Fine, I'll pay for it myself.' Second, upon arrival at the hotel, even though they knew we had called and our booking was confirmed, we found a security gate. While I understand the need for controlled access for guest safety, the gate required a password, and the front desk staff, with their poor service awareness, failed to inform us about this in advance. So, we had to call them *again* to get the password. Third, they knew we were checking in from our very first call. After finally getting the password and entering the reception area, the front desk was completely deserted – no staff in sight, and no air conditioning either! We were already exhausted after driving for over four hours from Hunan in the early morning. We waited for several minutes, but still no one appeared. We had to call the front desk *three times*, and each time the staff just told us to 'wait a moment'!! Fourth, after finally checking in, we got into the elevator. Our room was on the 6th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 5th! We had to get out and ask *again* for directions, only to be told to go to the 5th floor and then walk up one level! The front desk's service awareness was absolutely atrocious!!! They couldn't even manage to give us this basic information upfront, forcing guests to keep asking repeatedly!! Fifth, once we entered the room, the facilities were quite run-down. 'No big deal,' I thought, 'you get what you pay for; a room for 310 RMB is what it is.' We were exhausted from the day, so we washed up and got ready for bed. However, the bed downstairs had a disgusting smell, like an old person's body odor, which was absolutely nauseating!! I called the front desk *four times* to ask them to come and check. The front desk staff told me to wait while he put on his clothes and came over. When he finally arrived, he only changed the sheets! The foul odor was clearly coming from the mattress itself, and there was absolutely no way to get rid of that 'old person smell'!! Seriously, the service was absolutely terrible, with zero customer service awareness. It felt like I paid money just to do their job for them the entire day!!! I strongly advise any travelers not to book this place. While old facilities are understandable, if the facilities aren't great, then at least the service should compensate. They couldn't do anything right; it was literally paying to suffer. My impression of Guilin has plummeted drastically because of this place!! I am never coming back.

The view is absolutely incredible! Right outside the window, you're treated to the stunning mountain scenery of Duxiu Peak. Honestly, it's so good you might not even feel the need to visit the actual attraction, haha. The location is also fantastic, with Fubo Hill, Xiaoyao Tower, Dongxi Alley, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area all nearby. And for amenities, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls in the vicinity, making everything super convenient.
