Overall a very nice hotel but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. In my opinion it's more of a 3-4 star boutique hotel. The room was very large and nice, with 3 panoramic windows to the courtyard in front of the entrance. No unpleasant smells, one window with mosquito net. The TV didn't work, meaning it didn't have regular channels connected. The bathroom very large but unfortunately without any heating. In my opinion too cold for a bath or shower. Leaving the door to the room open and raising the room thermostat to 30 degrees Celsius didn't change anything. Welcome fruits were very nice. Free afternoon tea modest, exactly as shown on the photo during booking. Amenities with too strong for my taste, masculine smell. Based on the number of seats in the dining room (only 24), I think it's a really small hotel, so the breakfast had a very limited choice and quantity, but it was tasty. At the check out each guest receives a pack of local tea. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is connected by bus 18 or 100 with Guilin North station but I don't recommend taking bus. First of all, tickets from Guangzhou or Shenzhen should work, but they didn't, and neither did Allipay. One ticket costs 2 yuan, and you can pay in cash. More importantly, there is no overground crossing between the nearest bus stop and the hotel. You have to use an underground passage [a lot of stairs, no lift], and with suitcases it's a big problem. In the other direction, from the hotel to the station, there's no such problem. Taxi cost around 0.25 euros per kilometer.

The staff of this hotel is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to many of Guilin's top attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Beyond my expectation. Service is at tip top. Walkable to many places of interest within 400m. The receptionists were so helpful giving directions as where to go and assist to call for cab anytime i needed the service. Remarkable housekeeper aunty, asking me need not wait for my laundry as she will make sure it is all done and will deliver to my room, she even drop me a note after sending the laundry on my bed. Got a upgraded family room which was spacious and on the high floor. The hotel 7th floor has a small pool and nice view of the Jingjang Wangfu background and the ancient city. They do served tea at 3pm with some nice cookies and desserts, breakfast was awesome with order to make famous Guilin Noodle soup. Highly recommend this hotel for personalize service and a comfort room. Would rate it 5/5. 酒店位置很好，房间卫生很干净，设施设备很齐全，有洗衣房健身房提供，一楼大堂还有免费咖啡提供，大堂环境也很好，宽敞明亮，前台服务员水琳服务很好.

Service was great, with the complimentary breakfast and tea. The room was beautifully decorated and large in size. Also conveniently located near the walking street.  What could be improved - the treadmill in the gym was not working, and the Didi pickup/dropoff point was at the bus stop outside the hotel - you would have to carry your luggage to the bus stop instead of outside the hotel lobby (but the receptionists would gladly help you with that!)

It’s a small hotel just next to 东西街 and a 15 mins walk to the pagoda. We were upgraded to a room with mountain views so it was very nice. The afternoon tea and breakfast was chaotic as the dining place is rather small and we had to share a table with strangers. The taxi driver will pick up/drop off at the main road as the hotel is located inside a small alley. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff is very informative and helpful . Room super clean and comfortable. Provide tea and breakfast. Good location and all tourist spots are nearby. Value for money .

Everything was perfect! The room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff was super friendly and prepared us a breakfast to go as we had to leave early in the morning. The location was perfect with many restaurants and street food options close by and a beautiful location next to the river. Hundred percent recommended!

We had an excellent stay! The staff were very nice and helpful. We got the Mountain View rooms and they didn’t disappoint. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Location is excellent - we wanted to be able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel in perfect location and very good service from the staff. Breakfast was also very good. Their guilin rice noodle is very tasty. Location in between jinjiang palace and pedestrian street and elephant trunk hill, which make it ideal location in the middle of important attractions. Staff is very very helpful and very nice
