From the outside, the hotel has a decent appearance, but step inside, and the rooms are truly impressive. The interior feels like a proper 4-star hotel, with clean, well-maintained spaces, a comfortable bed, automated curtains, and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality stay.
The location is a major highlight. It’s situated right by Zhengyang Street, one of Guilin’s most famous pedestrian areas, filled with shops, local eateries, and nightlife. It’s also within walking distance to the scenic Two Rivers and Four Lakes, the iconic Sun and Moon Pagodas, Guilin Central Plaza, and the city’s most famous landmark, the Elephant Trunk Hill.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked the same hotel for our final night before flying out. The overall experience was comfortable, convenient, and excellent value for the price.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern comfort in a prime Guilin location.

Despite the communication barrier everything was perfect. The room was amazing. We were missing one towel and after asking for it, in a couple of minutes we had that and more. Free water every day.

It would be interesting for tourists with heavy luggage (mother and daughter), if Uber (Didi) had direct access to the main entrance of the hotel (pavement not made, terrible for moving heavy luggage without damaging the wheels).
Again, problems with communication, especially when there are 2 hotels, one next to the other, sharing the same building (confusion to understand which one we had booked).
Good breakfast, always, like ALL, Chinese style, even when they say they have Western.

Very friendly hotel staff! Super convenient location with pedestrian street night market at just around the back of the building. Breakfast had great variety and was cheap! 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Guilin!

Check in was very slow. It seems the staff had to use phones for a lot of the check-in procedure and the staff did not seem to have proper training and knowledge. A couple of housekeeping staff were quite rude. Although the rooms had been recently renovated, they were not kept as clean as they could or should be. The breakfast was okay, and restaurant staff amicable. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and the courtyard and parking areas resembled a rubbish dump.

Good location. A street away from zhengyang walking street (behind the hotel). Near the Entry 3 to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun & Moon pagoda. At the end of the zhengyang walking street is Dong Ci Xiang. So it's very convenient. Staff very friendly. Facilities new and there is music playing when taking a bath.

Everything is good, the staff is polite and the room is big and clean. Just took a long time to check in, maybe they are not familiar with the registration process for foreign tourists. The location of the hotel is very close to the tourist spot, can reached in a few minutes by foot. In addition, there are many restaurants near the hotel, so don't worry about food.
