It's alright, suitable for families.

This is an overpriced guesthouse in a residential complex, not a hotel, with poor privacy. Cleanliness: Terrible. There was chili oil on the remote control, the sheets were dirty, the drain smelled bad, and the room was poorly maintained with peeling paint and cracks. Environment: Advertised as a secluded retreat with private views, it's actually just a common area within the complex, next to a highway, and with residents renovating. The reality is drastically different from the advertised description. Service: Front desk staff left early, and even after pressing "Do Not Disturb," a cleaning lady still came into the room. Facilities: This is the first time I've stayed in a room that costs 1500 RMB/night but the toilet wouldn't flush even a single piece of toilet paper, and the bathroom door made strange noises. Outrageous! This is the first time I've given a bad review after staying in so many hotels. It's pure money spent on torture. None of the facilities, services, environment, or cleanliness justify the high price, especially considering it's far from the city center. I recommend tourists stay in a city hotel for 300-400 RMB/night for a much better experience. The business's response to all these problems is that they are minor details and insignificant issues, showing no concern for the guest experience. What service? Their behavior is appalling. My only advice is to run away!

The room layout was okay, but the maintenance was poor. There were many cobwebs, especially in the corners and air conditioner vents.

The hotel is quite remote, so dining options aren't convenient. The RV experience is certainly novel, and the outdoor views from the rooms are truly stunning. However, the cleanliness is appalling. Upon check-in, there was a gecko in the room; my husband caught it and released it, but we didn't dare tell the child, fearing they might not want to stay any longer. Then there were various small spiders. The next day, after sleeping there for one night, I looked up and saw a giant black spider almost the size of my face on the ceiling! I'd never seen such a large spider before! It was truly terrifying, especially considering the hotel's location by the river and mountains; the pest control measures indoors were extremely poor.

Full marks. The most worthwhile resort hotel in Guilin. You must experience water activities. Cormorant fishing is the most important. The staff is also very enthusiastic. I met the boss by chance. During the chat, I found that the boss is very ambitious. He has created a perfect resort in Guilin. I will bring friends here next time if I have the chance.

The RV is pretty good, except that the floor is a bit loose and makes noises easily. I'm afraid it will wake up the kids in the middle of the night. Everything else is fine.

The environment is OK, but many attractions and activities are not open. The customer service 💁 sold me the boat ticket at a higher price, which is dishonest. I will not come again and do not recommend it!
