One: There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we waited for about 20 minutes
2: One of the two bottles of mineral water in the room was opened and then capped back. There is a pile of garbage at the faucet of the sink, and there is toothpaste used before in the place where the disposable toothbrush is placed.
