Ji Hotel Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill Sun and Moon Twin Towers

Five stars, highly recommend this hotel! The location is impeccable, within walking distance to scenic spots, and surrounded by unique restaurants in the commercial district. It's super convenient for taking taxis and exploring food. The front desk staff were patient and helpful, and check-in was very fast. The room was clean, with excellent soundproofing, making for a quiet night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The lighting and ventilation were also great. The service was warm and attentive, and overall, it offers fantastic value for money. If you're visiting Guilin, definitely stay at this Ji Hotel; the experience is wonderful.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Guilin during the Dragon Boat Festival. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were warm, attentive, and patiently answered all our questions. Overall, it offers great value for money. When checking out, we happened to catch their Dragon Boat Festival brand day, and the complimentary sachets were both pretty and smelled lovely.

Came here with friends. After comparing prices, we chose Ji Hotel as our top pick. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again next time. The front desk lady even recommended some delicious local restaurants! She was very enthusiastic ❤️

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless it's truly terrible... Driving around Guilin is already exhausting, and after finally checking into a hotel, I ended up in a room with terrible soundproofing! Is there no unified standard inspection when Huazhu Group renovates their hotels?! I was woken up at 6 AM by a family next door laughing and talking while brushing their teeth in the bathroom. It quieted down for a bit, then erupted again at 7 AM! I could hear their conversations crystal clear. When I knocked on the wall, it felt like a thin piece of board... They clearly skimped on soundproofing materials. I suspect this room was originally one larger room split into two. A normal All Seasons Hotel wouldn't have such poor soundproofing! You guys really cut corners on soundproofing, and it shows. I'm going to complain to Huazhu Group about this location's soundproofing issues! Being tired from traveling and then not being able to sleep well is incredibly frustrating, do you understand?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was very large and spacious. As a newly opened hotel, all the facilities were brand new. It's very close to the attractions, making it convenient to walk or use shared bikes. Ordering takeout was also super easy. The front desk staff had excellent service, and the lobby was clean and tidy.

This Hanting Premium Hotel is the latest 5.0 version. The front desk staff are really warm, thoughtful, and very patient. The rooms are also clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. There are many local snacks nearby, and it's very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, Twin Pagodas, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. The location is excellent! I truly love this Hanting Premium!
